Excellent food. Excellent service. I recommend to book the platinum program👌. Only issue was transportation inside the hotel. They need to add more carts to move people around. We missed a dinner because we were waiting for transportation, four carts passed us bye and they were full of guests. No space and this happened multiple times.

Stayed at the platinum grand Bavaro princess and quick and easy check in and check out. Plenty of variety of food and great service and friendly staff . Pool was awesome. The only bad situation was the rooms are so full of mosquitoes and as many times that they tried to disinfect they still returned and we had to put on repellent to sleep and at all time, but we were so surprised we didn’t get bitten. Other than that I would recommend this resort and yes I would go back with my repellent. The food is very good and many restaurants to eat . Lots of nature walking throughout beautiful birds and ducks and turtles and fishes on the lakes. I recommend it.

Super nice resort, good value for the money. Food was constantly good. Friendly staffs, they always say hello when they see you and make you feel at home. My room was spotless, looks like I was in a 5 star hotel without paying 5 star price. Close to shops and night life entertainment. Will stay at the grand Bavaro princess again in the future.

The staff were great and friendly! We enjoyed seeing them daily. The beach was beautiful. We just wish the seaweed was cleaned up daily like some reviews mentioned. The main pool was green, but the relaxing pool, kid section(platinum/family upgrade), and platinum pool were nice. The food was good on the platinum side and the dinner places. However, the buffet food (non platinum) was average to below average. The rooms were nice but need a little upgrade.

I had high hopes for Grand Bávaro Princess, but this stay was a complete letdown. The website promised a luxurious experience, but the reality was far from it. The room was outdated, with stained sofa and a musty smell that lingered the entire time. The staff seemed indifferent—requests for extra towels and a late checkout were met with eye-rolls and delays. The "complimentary" breakfast was a sad spread of stale pastries and lukewarm coffee, nothing like the gourmet buffet advertised. The pool area, supposedly a highlight, was dirty, with cloudy water and broken lounge chairs.Worst of all, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, and when I raised the issue, the front desk just shrugged it off. For the price, I expected so much more. Save your money and stay elsewhere—this place doesn’t deliver on its promises.

I loved the staff and the platinum experience. I would recommend they put heaters in the room, as in June the temperature drops and it was very cold i actually got sick. There were big roaches i seen twice and a few lizards in rooms. So spraying for bugs will be great too.

This is one of my favorite properties. I enjoy the food and the ambiance. Definitely great for relaxation. And the beach is great.

I liked how convenient everything was on the property. I really wanted for nothing. I did not like the seaweed or kelp that was in the water. I also did not like the Royal Holiday people who tricked us into a meeting. It was a nice trip, though.
