Food waa not very good or have options. Majority of the time it was like warm at best. When the room qas "cleaned", dirty towels were just folded and put back on the rack. No wash pressure to shower and the shower head fell off the last day. The mre expenseive rooms might be better so i can only speak for the bungalows.

Went to this resort to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was beyond my expectations. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful with a view to the grounds. The food was by far the best buffet I have ever experienced; fresh, healthy and versatile. My only disappointment were the fresh juices that were not cold enough and the odd time were had flat pop. Otherwise always a great dinning experience with very professional and friendly staff. Went too one excursion to Sauna Beach and the same type of service was given, we felt safe and cared for. Will definetly go back on a family trip this time.

This Resort was more than great. it meet all the expectations. relaxing, divided by group. great food. animals lovers: there are many birds to enjoy and turtle in the garden. there was some mosquito close to those garden at night so, need mosquito repellent to help.

The food was not good. The hotel staff were very rude. My friends room was leaking from the ceiling and they never compensated or moved them out the room. If you didn’t make reservations prior to the trip you won’t be able to get in at any of the sit down restaurants. You will be forced to eat buffet everyday and bar food. The shuttle cart drivers are rude. They will ride past and act like they don’t see you. As soon as you leave off the property there is crime and a club by the casino. Doesn’t look to safe. I had a premium princess room which was the top tier.
