The place was great! It was relaxing and very enjoyable. The food was great and had many options. The only disappointing thing was the check-in staff. They were not very personable or seemingly happy that you are there. They were just going through the motions and explaining things out of routine. This was our first time to Punta Cana and we were excited. I guess I wanted the staff to be as well.

I enjoyed my stay but my only complaint was the attention to detail at the restaurants my only complaint was the Hacienda (Mexican Restaurant) I waited 25 mins just to get my order taken the food took forever to come out and never got my drink so was stuck with a glass of water the whole time. But other than that the resort was great very big so a lot of walking

The check in was a little bit crazy, we came in on a Friday and there was a lot of people. The staff was very diligent in checking you in quick and getting you to have lunch. After that first day we had lots of fun. The only thing I would say is that part of the property has something like a timeshare so they are always fishing for prospect clients. Besides from that everything was good. The restaurant Il Tartufo was so good and El Gaucho too. Use the buffet by the beach for lunch and breakfast was the best thing we did.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. Overall, the staff were very helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained. The food, however, was average and could use some improvement. The main issue I faced was with the platinum room package I had booked. Although the hotel was not fully occupied, I was given a room with a view of the housekeeping storage area. Every morning, staff would gather supplies from this area, creating significant noise that disrupted my stay. This made the experience quite uncomfortable. In my opinion, the platinum room package does not provide value for the additional cost. The only noticeable differences are slightly better glassware for drinks and upgraded seating on the beach, which do not justify the premium price. For these reasons, I cannot recommend booking a platinum room at this hotel.

The hotel was amazing, my only con was that when we checked in our room was filled with mosquitoes, spoke to front desk around the issue and they sent someone twice to fumigate the room.

It was a nice experience, pool beach and ambience was good, I didn’t like the staff service at Wasabi Restaurant but other than that everything else was fine, transportation was good , buffet had good variety and food was tasty.

I recently stayed at this property and while the resort itself is beautiful, I feel it’s important to share some of the downsides of my experience. One of the biggest issues was the attitude from many of the staff. If you don’t speak Spanish, be prepared to feel a bit dismissed or even avoided. Most of the workers were socializing with each other rather than focusing on guests, and if you only speak English, they often seemed surprised or uninterested in engaging with you. There wasn’t much follow-up after serving food or checking in, and overall the service felt nonchalant and inattentive. It wasn’t just with the staff most of the guests also spoke Spanish, so conversations and social interactions were limited if you only speak English. People would often walk up and start speaking Spanish, and when they realized you didn’t, things got awkward quickly, which made it harder to feel included. On top of that, the bathrooms were not maintained well. The toilet areas in particular had a strong odor, and cleanliness seemed overlooked in some spots. The food was also hit or miss there are plenty of options and you won’t go hungry, but the quality leaned more toward misses than hits. That said, the grounds and facilities themselves are stunning. There are also some genuinely kind and welcoming staff members, especially during check-in and occasionally throughout the stay, but unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule. Overall, while the property is beautiful.

I think this property what made this property unique was that there was no need for us to step outside the resort to be occupied, there was so much going on at the resort itself and it had everything we needed. Food, entertainment, sports, spa, gym. Everything was available and there was always something to do and participate in. We stepped out of the resort twice and that was just out of curiosity and see beyond the resort grounds but we didn’t have to do that.

Don’t want to leave…ever!!

Really great trip and place to relax and have a great time! Something to do for everyone. Beautiful beach! Beautiful pool! A really comfortable room with everything in excellent condition. Friendly staff everywhere, A+ for the staff! Safe environment. Food is really good everywhere we went. Great job all around. Just be careful with the timeshare scam they try to push on you but it won’t ruin your stay as they won’t insist if you just say yiu’re not interested.

I like the restaurant food but the buffet could be better. Service was a bit slow maybe it was the language barrier. The resort was great. Would recommend it if going in a group but not when you’re alone or with a significant other. Your room will be far from everything.
