Poor service. Shower was clogged from day one and despite multiple complains it was never fixed. Service was poor, dining areas were dirty and smelled, constantly bothered by sales reps for excursions. The one excursion we did go on was terrible. Food was mediocre. Pool area was very loud throughout the day. Rooms were run down and not like the pictures.

The staff provide amazing customer service and are always attentive to make you feel welcomed but the food is absolutely terrible, room service doesn’t work and the cleanliness on the buffets are terrible. Also they will try to make you enroll yourself on the vip club and if you refuse to do it you will receive nasty attitude from the staff.

This property is a poor 4 star much less a 5 star resort. Food was terrible! Staff have no sence of hospitality at all. Lots of mosquitoes! Only the water park was enjoyable. This location should close and be refurbished.

I usually do leave feedback , but for this one I wanted to leave my feedback so someone like me could safe their money and go elsewhere. The staff were very friendly but the rooms are old and dirty. These was mold everywhere in the bathrooms. The food is horrible at the buffet. They serve the buffet left over in the dining restaurant. This resort is a 5 star on Expedia , but is not even a 2 star. Expedia advertises wrong ratings. The staff their come to you to put good rating for the resort and service on google so that they get a raise or benefits. Overall horrible place. I hope someone from the rating department could lower their stars to 2.

Never will recommend this property to anyone. Terrible service and food. Bar is terrible to. All the time have to look for a drink. Everything is to expensive. This is 3 star hotel max.
