The hotel is great and his staff is the best of the hotel !! But we have several issues this time which for me was strange ! 1- we were few ours without water at the room , coming form the beach 2the jacuzzis that are included can not humanly be used , the cold water does not work and the hot was too much to go in 3- the doors for the balcony are so heavy that we can’t open them freely, 4- tha safe to put my passports and stuff was awful to open because do not have any handle ,I had to use a knife to open it, and do not have instructions I had to call reception to ask. Besides that all good . Thanks

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana 🌴✨ My experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was absolutely spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, vibrant, and incredibly welcoming. The service throughout the entire property was outstanding — every staff member was attentive, professional, and committed to making my stay unforgettable. 💫 The quality across all areas of the hotel was truly first-class. The restaurants, bars, amenities, and entertainment were all top-tier, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. 🍸🏖️ I genuinely can’t wait to return soon. This resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional getaway in Punta Cana. 🌞🎸

I visited Hard Rock Punta Cana for my birthday and had high hopes, but the experience was very disappointing. Check-in was chaotic, my friend was denied entry because she only had a U.S. ID, and we had to drive four hours in the rain to retrieve her passport. El Toro Steakhouse ruined my birthday dinner with unprofessional staff and poor food quality. Several areas of the resort were poorly maintained, with strong paint smells and unpleasant odors. Parking doesn’t exist, Ciao buffet was below expectations, and maintenance was happening while guests were present. On the positive side, Laura (Supervisor) and Ramón Alexander (Driver) were incredible. The Market was good, and Los Gallos was the best restaurant we tried. The resort has potential, but I regret the money and effort spent on what should have been a special celebration.

Staff was very nice and helpful, food was average for an all inclusive, vibes were amazing! Would stay here again if it was with friends and we wanted that fun lively vibe, would not stay if it's more of a food and relaxation vacation. But we had a good time!

HardRock was so beautiful, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this one definitely stood out. The rooms was beautiful with a nice Jacuzzi outside on the porch in every room. Room service was 24 seven when some hotels only have it between certain hours. every single restaurant was included, except the two inside the casino. Different varieties of food, snacks, and entertainment. The only issues that I have that made me a little uncomfortable was the pressure for the timeshare. During check-in, they asked us if we wanted to do a presentation that we didn’t have to buy the timeshare that we could just look and see what they have available and see if we’re interested, and that they would also give us discounts on our excursions, the presentation was supposed to be 60 minutes and it ended up being three hours, when my wife and I declined the timeshare, the individual staff was very super aggressive with us not accepting it, he asked multiple times for us to get it and got angry that we didn’t. He then gave us to another member which his name was Tulum he was very persistent and even worse than the first guy. To the point, we walked away and he followed us, that part wasn’t a good experience. The prices were over $16,000 for the timeshare and they wanted about $2000 down and me asking them to let me think about it was not good enough. Besides that situation, everything else was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, and they did give us a discount on the excursions.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Hard Rock Cafe Punta Cana. The drinks were honestly terrible watered down and with no flavor. The bathroom had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to be high-end. The towels and bed sheets looked old, stained, and dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable at all. The entire building feels like it’s falling apart and in desperate need of maintenance. The food was also a huge letdown ñ everything tasted old and low quality, nothing fresh or enjoyable. The entertainment was boring and not worth watching. To make things worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which just made the whole experience even more frustrating. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
