Booked in April 2025 for January 2026 and was told we would have room 10 for our stay. Two weeks before arrival I reached out multiple times to no response. Never recieved the secure link email with check in instructions 24 hours before arrival. Tried calling the phone number listed and it was not operational. Had a local driver call and he said same. Emailed the GM with no resonse. Was not able to reach them in any way and had to book another accommodation that luckily had space after we arrived. Extremely stressful. Was ripped off and left stranded in a foreign country. Walked by there and saw they had guests so I guess they overbooked and didn't bother telling us. Not everyone is wealthy and can throw money around if sonething doesn't work out. Book this place at your own risk. Hopefully I'll get a refund through booking protection but not much faith in that now either since Expedia was zero help when trying to get help at the time. Will never use Expedia again and strongly advise anyone traveling to Punta Cana to only book a hotel with an actual front desk.
