Very clean and quiet resort. I haven’t done many all inclusives but people in my group have and they said this one is well above the average. The biggest thing was the number of staff compared to the number of guests. Every corner had at least 2 staff members smiling and asking if you needed anything. Breakfast and lunch buffet were incredible. Lots of options and variety. Evening restaurants were good too but the buffet is where the food really shines. I saw some people complaining about the pool temperature in the winter time. For us in early January, it was refreshing but not too cold. Very impressed overall and would stay again for sure.

Everything was great, the entertainment director (Red) arranged so many activities, Karaoke, circus night, even a magic show… my butler Eric was very efficient, and made sure my husband bday was perfect, and after meeting Nikki and Ivey, I’m so happy I joined the travel club. All of the staff were courteous and responsive. I will definitely come back!

Great room, very nice facilities and beach. Food was very nice. Staff was friendly, though sometimes a little overbearing. We received a complimentary massage (massage was excellent! Great spa facilities) in exchange for an hour of our time for a membership pitch, but the time commitment for this was not properly disclosed until we were already there.

Very disappointing experience. This resort was nothing like the all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Cancun. This was our fifth all-inclusive experience, and it fell far below the standard we are used to. As Asian guests, we faced repeated discriminatory treatment and dismissive attitudes from staff, which we reported to management with no meaningful resolution. The pool situation was also unacceptable. Both the swim-up suite and even the main pool were extremely cold and unusable, and we were told there is no temperature control. We paid extra for the swim-up suite, but could not use it. There were also undisclosed drink limits for room service, which further took away from the experience. Overall, this property failed to deliver what was promised, and we would not recommend it.

It was a fantastic stay for our family. We spanned 3 generations - grandparent, parents, and adult children - and the staff made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was wonderful, even for our gluten free and vegetarian family members. My father-in-law loved the buffet and my children sampled all the choices. Dario at the breakfast buffet was super attentive, while at the beach, Luis, Bryan, and Miguel all made sure we had everything we needed and Myra made sure everything was spotless.
New Years Eve Party was fantastic.
Beach was wonderful.

Pool was freezing cold even in noon time 30 degrees out side. This is our second visit to live aqua but this time we were very disappointed Room service really slow, have to call 5 time to get a tooth brush Workers in restaurants doesn’t seem to understand my English, we waited 1.5hr until they close they finally came to us and ask what we need and what we already ordered When we arrive the hotel, no one explain to us any information about restaurant time and anything. I personally really love here that’s why we came again but this time we are very disappointed and will not come again

This was a great resort for its price. Very nice and helpful staff. Great amenities and entertainment. Had a great time with fam. Drinks are good and you can ask for extra alcohol but already not watered down. Great to have buffet for both breakfast and lunch, even a grill buffet at night. Restaurants were average and beat was the Japanese, then mexican. Overall worth every dollar. Thank you Jeff, Nicaury, and all staff for making our stay more enjoyable. Specially the guy in entertainment group Jesus.
