⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – Live Aqua Punta Cana Adults Only: A Beautiful Resort With Exceptional Staff and a Few Areas That Need Attention Our stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana Adults Only was memorable in so many ways. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, relaxing, and visually stunning from every angle. The layout is open, modern, and easy to navigate, and the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The beach deserves special mention. It was truly one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever experienced—so pristine that I couldn’t even find a seashell. The water, the sand, the atmosphere… unbelievable. And the drinks? Amazing. Every single drink we had was delicious—fresh, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. Whether it was a cocktail by the pool or a drink with dinner, the quality was consistently impressive. What made our stay truly special, however, was the staff. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible they were. Rafael, Lidia, Ivan, Delvin, Joel, Miguel, Josue, Anderson, Heidy and Nancy deserve sincere recognition for their outstanding service. Their warmth, charisma, work ethic, and genuine care made us feel like family and created a connection that stayed with us long after we returned home. The room was exceptional. The staff was amazing! Manuel, Yrani and Tony all made sure that we were take care of and that nothing was missing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was a memorable one. We will be going back.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and the staff &’ room cleaning service ms were a 100/10!! The entire resort was extremely quiet (more mature crowds). Our room was SPOTLESS every time we returned after our excursions/outings, and the staff (especially Luilly, Priscila and Rocky) made the entire stay extremely comforting and fun! The food was great, especially at the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed the overall ambiance of the resort. We attended the circus show which was quite entertaining. I’ll definitely book again!!

Wonderful place room very clean, so was the private pool and jacuzzi. It was really nice the room very spacious lots of seating. The bed was huge and very comfortable.. the fridge was always stocked the food was awesome my overall stay was great.. I would definitely recommend

I personally think for the amount of money that they charge to stay at that resort the service that was given shouldn’t expected. I paid for vip access and never saw my butler until the third day. The food was awful!!! It didn’t taste good and it was always served cold. I was roped into a 60 minutes sales presentation after I said no they became rude and wouldn’t speak to me again. Why would I want to spend 300 dollars a month for a travel club to receive horrible service. I wish I would receive some of my money back. It’s definitely not a five star resort!!!

The staff was great. You take care of the staff with a tip and they will go above and beyond to take care of you during your stay. Everything was enjoyable from the restaurants to the gym to the beach to the shows.
