Very nice and large resort.A lot of activities for adults and kids.Food is good.The water park for the kids is excellent, but I believe that some of the other activities in the resort are not completely free.Big theater with different shows every night.The nightclub is very nice also with live DJ.We went for my friend 50 for a weekend, and although we dont have little ones anymore, I will definitely go back to enjoy the beach and the disco.Only downside is no swim bar at the pool and the toilets were a mess in the room and the public ones.When we talk to the front desk about this, it looks like we were not the first one complaining.Sanctuary Cap Cana is quiet and relaxing,Hard Rock might be a little bit intense.I will consider this one with a little bit of both worlds.

The resorts had black out for the entire day. The second day I was there had no power to use an iron to prep my clothes for a wedding. I was late to that also two days due to the rain I made report about my room was leaking water on the roof few areas. Also my room had no power due to that situation and I thought I would've gotten a phone call from a higher rep from the hotel to adjust the situation and adjust the rates or speak about the situation up to now I have not gotten no phone call from anybody. I wasn't too happy about this resort on the last day of my day the roof was still leaking. My clothes in the suitcase all got messed up. Would like somebody to call me and talk about this incident. Also the last day of my stay when the room had no current due to the water leakage I was also late for dinner reservations

El hotel Esta Muy lindo. Tiene muchisimas amenities para todas las edades. No creo que sea un hotel 5 Estrellas pero Celebramos el cumple 19 de mi hija y fue incredible. Solo algunas recommendations el shower de mi hab estaba tupido q el agua llevaba al balcon a pesar de reportsrlo nos fuimos y nunca lo Chequearon. Me comunique con el hotel dos semanas antes para preparar una bienvenida de cumpleaños nunca hicieron lo que me dijeron a pesar de recordarselos à la hr del check in. Atencion especial de parte de “Pokémon” y JC en el area de la piscina. En general recomiendo el hotel

Beautiful property with a clean beach and a great pool. A few of the employees were very pleasant, but unfortunately that was only a small percentage of our interactions. We also experienced some frustrating maintenance issues in the room — the AC was stuck on frigid and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. It was eventually fixed, but only after two days. The shower also didn’t have warm/hot water, which again took two days to resolve. On top of that, the entire resort lost power for about five hours, which was a bit worrisome. The buffet was completely dark, and guests were using their phone flashlights to get around.

Food was horrible at the buffet and Mexican restaurant. I had to call twice for some toiletries and never received any. We were never given towel cards at the reception and had to explain this to the towel lady every single time. The snacks in the room were never refilled. Asian and French restaurant were really good!

Los cuartos extremadamente limpio la ducha maravillosa el staff súper atento con una actitud especial hacia los huéspedes los desayunos increíblemente buenos y saludables y mucha variedad. Personal de mantenimiento muy atento constantemente manteniéndo las áreas verdes como el área del hotel. Siete piscina disponible totalmente limpia con actividades y música en la piscina y en el hotel en los diferentes establecimientos o restaurantes música variada muy elegante y muy bonito el hotel nos encantó.

It was a very beautiful hotel. The food at the buffet was the same. Best restaurant was the Mexican; we also enjoyed the teppanyaki. The service at the pool was hard to come by. The beach was not that great. There were boats idling there, it smelled like gasoline. One day I went I found a floater (human feces) which really put me off. The staff were super nice. The check-in was long.
