This porperty is perfect for family vacations. The food at the restaurants and buffet were very good. The employees were very attentive. The part between the valley and gondola appears to be clean and the restrooms too but not smell well. The reservations app is not friendly for big groups, but customer service helped us. This was our second time here and we will be back for sure.

It was a huge, beautiful, well-maintained and high tech property. There were always securities checking every single person entering and leaving the property so we felt extremely safe. The gym was one of the biggest and best maintained resort gym I’ve been to. Unfortunately we could only made reservations at two restaurants so we spent most of our time at the buffet. That was the only complaint I have about this resort. They tried to change up the buffet menu every meal and daily so we enjoyed all of our meals. There were some boats close to our beach but they didn’t bother us. The customer service from all employees was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This property is very large with zero transportation like golf carts. My room was in the very end of the property making it difficult to go out everyday. Everyday I walked 10,000 steps or more. The food is TERRIBLE!!! The drinks are also terrible. The service is only good in some restaurants and was also good in the coffee shop. The restaurants are booked every single night, so we were not able to eat at them. This is not very kid friendly as the water park is on the OPPOSITE end of the resort from the pools. Again making it very difficult to enjoy as a family. I also believe the walking distance is EXTREMELY difficult for small children. This resort is like walking the Disney world parks every single day. The food is below sub par, it has no flavor and is stale. I would not recommend to spend your money on this vacation.

The worst resort we ever stayed at and I usually don’t post any negative reviews. We stayed there in April. Check in process took us three hours with my daughter sitting and crying in the lobby, because she was so exhausted(none of the stuff cared ). No welcome drink at all. After three hours of waiting, they placed us in the room full of mold and terrible smell ( photos included). Please stay away from room 4055. Very mean stuff!! Nobody cared about our complaints. Worst place ever. The restaurant food was just OK. Very little entertainment for kids. The waterpark was super far from the hotel and very small. first time on vacation, my kids were bored at the resort. The pool was OK.
