I've stayed at this hotel many times, including from October 25th to November 1st. I never cease to be amazed at how well the staff works. Everyone is smiling and friendly. From the very beginning of my stay, the wonderful Darel was always in touch. I always felt his attention and respect. The food was varied and the beach was the best in the area, with a smooth, clean entry into the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Victor from reception was extremely helpful and Samuel from the dining area was the best he always made sure we had what we needed all the staff was great I would recommend staying here room was super clean they brought up dessert for my husband on his birthday and decorated his door very amazing resort

Staffs were very friendly, helpful: pools and surroundings area nice and swim-up bar was excellent. Our butler , Jesus R. Is exceptional. He was there everyday to make sure we have an enjoyable stay. A plus 10 for him.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Every spot is gorgeous and very well maintained. The room was clean, but the bathtub wasn't so clean, but I asked and they cleaned it better. Room is big and very comfortable. The food was very good and with better quality that we usually expect from an all inclusive, just the desserts could be better. The staff is friendly as long as you give tips, witch bothered me...one day I forgot my wallet wen going to the beach and the service was definitely different, even only received my drinks on plastic cups. The animation team was amazing and very kind to my daughter always offering some entertainment. The beach was perfect, water temperature is warm and there is a restaurant right in front of the beach, witch was very nice. Overall I enjoyed my vacation and I recommend Majestic, just don't give 5 stars for the details I mentioned.

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.

Although our AC didn’t work it was a good inclusive resort, we had our own oceanview room but we stayed here with around 15 family members and everyone had a really good time there are a lot of really good dining options we loved the restaurant in front of the beach. They only have one club for nightlife in the resort, and it’s full of 18-year-olds and not that fun. I definitely recommend getting discounted tickets to Coco bongo beforehand if you want to experience nightlife. The shows were cool and late night eats were good

The foam pool party was so fun definitely don’t miss that

Also do not open your eyes if you go to the Phone pool party it burns

The mosquitoes here are crazy so bring bug spray

We loved the beach access it just sucks because we went when there was too much seaweed but the sunrise was pretty
