My teen and I spent 4 night at a Majestic Colonial in early June. The resort is beautiful, the tropical gardens are well kept, the pool is clean, the beach is nice and full of chairs. The staff is amazing.

There are a lot of misleading reviews about this place... I was scared to go there after seeing several low ratings saying that the were bugs in the room and that the staff wasn't friendly. To the contrary, this place is clean, safe and the staff is unbelievably friendly. They have many food options and the quality of the food is better than I expected for an all-inclusive. The only one that didn't meet my expectations was the steakhouse. The qualify of the beef is not good. But for the rest, I definitely recommend

The atmosphere, environment, staff helpfullness and cleanliness of the facilities were top tier. There were many food options that were good. Nothing stood out as spectacular to be honest. The waiting staff were always friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. One area for improvement is the televisions in the rooms. Upgrading to smart tvs so users can log into their favorite apps and stream their desired content would be better that the existing cable TV option

Terrible experience. The laziest, rudest and most unwelcoming staff I've ever come across in a 5 star resort. I would not recommend to visit majestic colonial at all.
