They welcomed us with a rag and a drink and took our luggage to our room… Our room was huge, clean,and cool it was so nice in there ,staff was so friendly and made us feel like family

My husband and I recently stayed at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, expecting a luxury experience. Unfortunately, we encountered serious service issues that were never properly addressed. I paid A LOT for a spa package, during which an unskilled pedicure technician cut my toes multiple times. I immediately reported it to our butler, who promised the pedicure charge would be refunded, but it never was. On top of that, room service failed to deliver breakfast on time on our departure day, and no bellhop arrived as scheduled, adding unnecessary stress. I contacted Majestic Resorts after my stay, but they refused to take responsibility, citing "no formal report" in their system — despite my complaint being made in person during my trip. For a resort advertising luxury and exceptional service, my experience was disappointing and mishandled. Guests deserve better accountability, health and safety standards, and customer care. I cannot recommend Majestic Elegance based on how my concerns were handled.

We enjoyed every moment there. Everyone that we came in contact with was truly there to assist us. The resort was impeccably clean. Our butler, Rafael was second to none. He was there for our every need and want. Ismael, our pool bartender, truly made our vacation over the top! His personality, positive energy and overall love for what he does each day made the difference.

I went on a family trip of 14. We all had a fantastic time and the resort was very accommodating to our group. The food was always good at all the restaurants. The steakhouse and Japanese were our favorites for dinner. The buffet by the ocean was our favorite for lunch. And the main buffet for breakfast is a must! All the staff was very friendly always. The pools were clean and many floats around from previous travelers. The beach was stunning. The sand is cleaned every morning at sunrise leaving minimal seaweed on the beach and in the water in front of the resort. The ocean water is a beautiful turquoise color! I wish we had at least one more day. We were there for 6 nights and each day was fabulous!

Loved our stay. The staff are amazing. The resort and beach are beautiful. Elegance has the largest beach out of the three Majestic resorts.

The grounds were absolutely stunning. Rooms clean and comfortable! Our butler Rafael was very attentive and took care of any requests in no time. The only thing that I would recommend is more and better entertainment in the evenings at the plaza bar. Overall a great place! Would totally recommend it.

The staff was lovely. Robin, "Robbie", treated my family like his own family. He gave my kids special gifts, ensured that we had reservations, and even decorated our tables. We have never experienced such phenomenal hospitality. The pool was delightful. The beach is lovely Everything was gorgeous

Our stay in Majestic was more pleasurable than expected. Staff is very nice and looks like all working there take care of the guests and the resort like it is their own. Choice of restaurants is large and the food was delicious. There’s always something to do, not mentioning the well maintained beach and pools. I’d highly recommend the resort.

Overall, we had a great time at Majestic Elegance, and think it was a very good value for money. Our butler JC was incredibly helpful in booking us several services and was very attentive and responsive. The rest of the staff had great service as well, and they seem like incredibly hardworking people. The resort and room itself are beautiful, and the grounds were spotless and very well attended to. Our only downside would be the quality of some of the food wasn’t great, for example some of the buffet food and food at the steakhouse. However, we enjoyed the Japanese place, so once we found that it helped a lot. The drinks also had surprisingly heavy pours and were all delicious. Thank you to all of the staff who made this trip great for us, I really recommend this place as an excellent bang for your buck :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Elegance. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating for anything that we needed. We spent a lot of our time on the beach which was beautiful, other than some seaweed. The beach staff Felix, Santa, and Jenni were wonderful! JC our personal butler was also wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
