The Majestic Mirage was everything and more. Our butler Osvaldo. The bartenders Charly, Jimmy, Louis were phenomenal. The animation team Pedros, Carlos, Roberto (Chocolate), and Regina kept us entertained. The beset server is Freddy. Our favorite restaurants were Japanese Steakhouse and Hibachi. The shows at night were fun but same as last year. The addition of the grilled food on the beach was a nice addition. Plenty of palms for shade on the beach and just a piece of paradise all together.

The hotel is excellent, the only thing is they need to work on the food, specially the seafood restaurant, the sport bar and the buffet, more variety and more attention to the customer.

The entertainment was just amazing. They made it so much fun and I haven't laughed like that in a long time. Everything was very clean and just beautiful. So in love with this resort. I'm definitely coming back sooner than later. Thank you all for being wonderful.

Really nice stay. Went as a big family and they were always accommodating. Beach is pristine. The Mirage is nice and quiet, but you’re connected to two other Majestic properties so if you’re looking for more liveliness, you can find it. Steak house was my favorite dinner option but was also a fan of the grilled fresh fish options. There is a golf course no more than 5 minutes away and was included with the stay. Really fun golf course in great condition. Butler service is very helpful, we had Isidro, took great care of us. The rooms were excellent, a lot of space and having two bathrooms in the room is always a plus. Did have a couple of early outings and scheduled room service breakfast and it was a disappointment with their timeliness. Overall was a great stay. Visit the ladies at the coffee shop.

Just came back from a week long trip celebrating my 40th birthday! The best experience. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our butler Alejandro was amazing. He helped my boyfriend surprise me and decorated the room. He also assisted with reservations and anything else we could ask for. We will be back, along with our families in the near future. Such a beautiful well kept facility.
