I enjoyed the hospitality! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I felt right at home. My husband and I had the best Butler, Cesar! He was absolutely incredible. The resort was stunning, the food was fantastic and the entertainment was great. An all around amazing experience.

Omar y Daysi en el bar de la piscina siempre tenían la mejor energía, un trato espectacular y unas bebidas deliciosas que alegraban cada día. Vickiana y Juan Bernardo, con su atención impecable y dedicación, hicieron que cada detalle de nuestra estadía fuera perfecto. 🙌 Sin duda, ellos son la razón por la cual volvería al resort. Personas como ellos realmente elevan la experiencia y merecen todo el reconocimiento. 💖 En cuanto al resort en general, la comida no fue la mejor en todo momento pero sí estuvo buena, las bebidas fueron increíbles 🍹 y aunque las habitaciones tienen pequeños detalles por mejorar, fueron cosas que fácilmente pasé por alto gracias al excelente servicio recibido.

Mayquel my butler was fantastic. Jonathan the bartender in the main lobby was great. The whole staff was amazing very helpful, spoke, friendly. I thought this resort was going be like the one in Cancun but it’s a difference. The food nothing special taste like resort food but I didn’t go to the steakhouse( heard it was good from other guests) but overall it was a good time

Majestic mirage una locura de resort amamos nuestra habitación cada detalle un sueńo gracias la seńora Carmen que se encargo de la limpieza diaria de la misma agradecemos infinitamente su servicio, y por supuesto los restaurantes excelentes especialmente el steakhouse para mi es el top del hotel y un agradecimiento especial a nuestro mayordomo David por sus finísimas atenciones.

The stay at the hotel was good overall; however, there are a few things that I wasn’t expecting from a 5-star hotel. I understand the hotel is older and in a tropical climate, but it is starting to need some work. Some of the walls, furniture and mattresses could use some improvement. Also, I saw a cockroach at the buffet and others around in the hallways. There is a difference between the earth cuckroach and the “domestic” ones; these were domestic. The best part of the experience was the coffee shop. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I loved this place and the service. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and willing to help. The theme restaurants were also good.

Our butler Leonardo was the best. He helped us out daily and was there every step of the way. He went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. I would also like to mention our bartender Daisy was wonderful and pleasant and kept our drinks full. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
