the property & pools were beautiful. the resort & buildings and gathering places were very clean. Candio our butler was amazing. The registration process could be more efficient. it took a long time. when we registered, the gentleman said he upgraded us for no extra charge but we could give him a tip. we should have waited to see our room before tipping. we requested pool side room and our room was facing an alley/walkway and it was very noisy with people pushing carts and driving vehicles. Our room was very musty smelling & smelled like black mold. we would return if we were guaranteed a swim up or pool side facing room. everyone very nice. amd beautiful resort and good entertainment. just didnt care for our room.

Second stay at the Mirage, it was excellent. The property is beautiful, and our butler was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. All of the staff were focused on the guest to assure we always had everything we needed. The spa was also very nice and many options to pamper yourself. The room was very large and clean. The nightly shows were alright with some being better than others. The food choices were great and delicious, never had a bad meal or drink. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience!!! Service was absolutely amazing and super accomodating to my group and I. The food options were good, although a bit salty for some dishes. Lots of variety and great that it's connected to the Elegance so actually a huge resort. We visited the disco every night and that was fun, BUT they played the same songs every night, so definitely got repetitive. Also floor became very wet because of people spilling their drinks everywhere, so became quite slippery as the night progressed. Biggest plus was the service. Cannot emphasize how amazing and quick the bartenders were, the waiters/waitresses, and everyone else! Entertainers were really fun - and high energy for sure. Beach was nice and clean, so were the pools. Never too crowded for is. Only thing were there were some roaches throughout, but nothing alarming. You're bound to find them at any location on the island.

We have been traveling to the majestic resorts for about 10 years. The resort is beautiful and accommodating. People are wonderful. Our butler Ed was excellent and Tehani from the martini bar is the sweetest. We also had a great time every evening at the main bar in the lobby with the bartenders. The beaches are beautiful and the property feels very safe.

We loved our stay! The food could be improved slightly but overall we always found something that was quite delicious. The hotel is family friendly and their gem is the staff - they are professional and so friendly, I can’t say enough good things about all of the employees.
