We loved the are rooms, we enjoyed the entertainment at the theater,we really enjoyed the steakhouse and the seafood restaurant and not to mention marketplace restaurant. We found the food to be very good and fresh.the grounds are immaculate. All the workers are very friendly and hard working.they have a good selection of liquor.we had a great 6 nights and would definitely return.

The staff was always extremely friendly and treated us like family. We enjoyed the variety of food. The animation team worked hard to keep everyone entertained. The grounds are wonderful and the amenities are plentiful. I will say that there are parts of the facility showing wear and tear, especially in the guest room and details in and around the buildings. Eduardo did a great job as our butler providing everything we requested.

All staff are cordial and say hello to you in passing. Our butler was very helpful. The staff members refilling the drinks, cleaning the room, and replacing our towels were all very friendly.

Very friendly staff service is good They should check the elevator on building five very small and it’s such a bad smell when the door closes. You can even breathe. If you ask me if you would go back again, yes I would just hope they take care of the smell and the rooms they smell fresh as well

We had the most wonderful time at Majestic Mirage. We were celebrating our mother's 90th birthday & every staff member made each moment a celebration, The accommodations were beautiful, with large rooms decorated in a very fresh & Dominican style. The grounds were very well maintained---clean & groomed. The food was plentiful & delicious. It was very easy to get a reservation at any restaurant we wanted & we were a party of 24! The staff were OUTSTANDING--friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Our personal butler, David was AMAZING! He went out of his way to make sure our every need was met & if we had any questions or unusual desires, he made magic happen every day. Wehighl y recommend Majestic Mirage.

Our trip to Majestic Mirage was amazing! The rooms were huge and cozy, great for couples. There was so much food and so many restaurants, it was easy to find something I liked every day. The 24-hour bar with snacks? Awesome. I hung out there every night! One area that could use improvement is housekeeping. I requested cleaning for both our room and our kids’ room, but towels weren’t replaced, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. I recommend the hotel ensure that rooms are fully refreshed during cleaning. this small fix would make the experience truly perfect. The kids had a blast too, between all the activities and being able to check out Majestic Elegance and Colonial, they were never bored. Definitely recommend this resort if you’re going with group, family, or as a couple!
