This resort has the best customer service you can get. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, positive, always willing to help you and make sure you are well taken care of on your stay. this was my first time staying at an all inclusive and now my expectations are extremely high for anywhere else i decide to visit ! the maids were very thorough, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the amenities were excellent, everywhere we went was just an experience itself. thank you to everyone at Majestic Mirage who help us have an incredible experience!!

the staff was very nice and made our stay better. we had a butler, Luis, who helped with anything we needed. the room was very nice and spacious and it had a great view of ths pool! i liked all the different options for dinner and there was always a themed night at the buffet which kept things interesting, will definitely come back!

Omg I cannot brag enough about this hotel, it was amazing, Elvis our butler words are not enough to describe how great he was. The food was awesome, the staff was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. Amazing property, safe and alot to do on property. The foam party was my favorite, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and can't wait to visit again.

My husband and I stayed at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana for our honeymoon for five days. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, the swim-up bars are amazing, and the grounds and pools are well-maintained. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, especially our butler Fabio, who went above and beyond booking our dinner reservations and checking in daily. We also had a fantastic poolside waiter named Fernando who made our days by the pool even better. Our room was gorgeous, we had a ground-floor swim-up suite with an outdoor Jacuzzi and two bathrooms, which was such a nice surprise. Everything felt spacious and comfortable. The only cleanliness issue we ran into was finding a cockroach in our room one day and seeing a couple more in the hallway, which was disappointing but not enough to ruin the trip. Where the resort really fell short for us was the food. I honestly struggled to find much that I enjoyed. The only restaurant we truly liked was the French restaurant, which we went back to twice because it was the only place with a dish I actually enjoyed. The rest of the restaurants were very underwhelming, bland, overcooked, or just not good quality. The buffet near the beach for lunch wasn’t great either. We found that the food sitting under the warmers was mediocre, but the stations where they cooked things fresh (like pasta or meat) were at least somewhat better. We are always treated like a king and queen. This is our third trip and we love it! Only complaint … we booked through Expedia and the shuttle to the airport on the way back is not smooth. But as for the resort, it is fabulous - we soak in the sun while enjoying the ocean or swim up pool bars. We’ll be back again! Thank you for a wonderful week
