Terrible customers services, the property is not adult only the only thing for adult only is a pool, everyone is mix together, you see kids everywhere: lock of food variety, customers service is very inefficient. No beach, you can swim there and they have a sign that you can walk up but is out of the hotel security section and they are not responsible.

Beach was a huge disappointment- not swim able due to rocks and wind. Red flag every day but not at other resorts down the beach? Food was good, staff was very mixed- some helpful and some Bird line rude. Transportation to and from Airport that was supposed to be included was not.

Pools and pool bar closed at 6 pm, because we traveled with a group you could not order on your own in any of the restaurants, we had no choice but to accept family style. The food was below average. There was no beach area, you could not access the water at all because of all the seaweed, the sand was like concrete. The cushions throughout the property were stained and just really gross. The night life was minor and if you booked the adults only resort all of the restaurants and minimal entertainment they had you had no choice but to be mingled in with the families. Bars closed at 10 and 11.
