Overall was good. Some details could have been better managed. The area around the property is beautiful! Beach is great! The biggest downside was quality of food and beverages. Improvements can definitely be made there.

Buffet was amazing, loved it. The restaurants were barely ok, we visited Hacienda and Tauros, and were disappointing. The pools were good, and the area for little ones was amazing. Cocktails were good enough, and snacks as well. They need to add fries to the snack bar at the beach.

I think that if guests pay the extra for the Level there should be an actual SIGNIFICANTLY NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE between the service we received compared to those who didn’t upgrade and there was very little difference we felt for the $2,000CAD we paid. Which is a great deal of money extra. Drink service at the beach and level pool were almost non existent. We had NO hot water the last 2 days. The staff were mostly very nice. Our concierge Mitchel was GREAT!! Overall we did enjoy our stay and would likely return.

The property is big, diverse(dining options), and well manicured. There is some wildlife around the property like peacocks which keep you up at night..The food is fine depending on what you choose and some lack flavor(but you must request it to your liking depending on the dish)..The staff is very nice and I would come back with my family..I think the beds could be better comfort wise.

Estamos contentos con el servio, la señorita Perla fue muy atenta, servicial, el hotel estuvo bien, aun que muchas cosas que mejorar, en las instalaciones, más sillas para la playa y área de piscina, necesita más variedad en las comidas, como también mejor atención al cliente en el área de los restaurantes. En la playa muchas personas alrededor vendiendo no dejan relajarte.

The property grounds were stunning and the beach very nice. We joined the “level” which is imperative for better food and liked the buffet and a la carte there. The food was a 4/10 on resort and the service was extremely laid back. Rooms were spacious but tired and key cards were a nightmare. They never worked. We were close to lobby so beach a good 10 Mins walk. Got lots of steps and had fantastic weather. Bugs were bad

The only issue that I had was related to check in. We had to wait for a room until about 4:00 pm because they didn't get it ready. The worst part is that the girl who was attending us didn't know how to deal with costumers. From my perspective she needs some kind of training. She was rude in that moment because when I asked her to talk to manager she just pretended not listing. Besides this the hotel is great and the rest of the staff very nice and professional. Kilvania and Alberto Jimenez took care of us and in an excellent manner. I really enjoyed the stayed. I would recommend this hotel. Food excellent and options for majority of any people. Great hotel!
