Pros: nice property, but very large. The do have shuttle to bring you around, always available! Rooms are clean, a bit out dated. We had a 1 bedroom garden view. We requested free upgrade but were denied, they wanted to charge me an additional $400. Property wasn’t even full. Disappointed, this trip was for a special birthday. Shows were great at night. Restaurants: steak very good, Italian not bad. Buffet dinner horrendous!!! Mexican, sub par. We had level status so we had access to riviera restaurant. We had breakfast and lunch there everyday, staff was incredible Shout out to Santa De La Cruz and Nataneal Concepcion. The kindest!!! They made the trip!! Cons: big issue with language. You should download translation app. We couldn’t get through our dinner at Mexican and buffet dinner place! It’s impossible to communicate! Guest services, what a joke, she couldn’t even understand me! It’s terrible! Overall nice resort, but I wouldn’t go back!

We loved our stay here. Beach was beautiful!!! Food was great I would say better at the buffet in the lobby area but all restaurants were amazing! My kids really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend staying beach side if you can because the resort is very big and you would have to walk or shuttle to the beach. We absolutely loved it here and will be back.

The first day there was hell. We went to see the room we booked and it was just disgusting. It had a bad smell, tiles were cracked, old furniture, there was cracks in between tiles in the bathroom and the caulking job was just horrible. The entrance coming into our room was not kept up, the ponds were green and murky, looked like a swamp. We came back to the front desk to change our room but they were refusing to accommodate us, we had to pay $700 for a nicer room in their other resort next to them. My stay was excellent. Food was great. The pool was awesome. The service is a 100%. The guys from the pool bar are really customer service oriented and always happy. The restaurant Tauro was my favorite. Martha is really attentive. She was really sweet and always providing an excellent service. Will definitely come back.

The resort itself was beautiful. The grounds were very well taken care of. The groundskeepers work very hard day in, day out. Our concierge was wonderful. She was very kind, helpful and informative throughout our stay. We appreciate her time and help very much. The food was not very good at the buffets. It was better at the restaurants where you had to make a reservation. However, getting reservations is very difficult. Even with a reservation, the wait to get a table and your food is ridiculous. What’s even more ridiculous is the price the gift shop charges for a bottle of sunscreen. $40! C’mon! And all of the people trying to sell you stuff on the beach! Even when you are sleeping on your chair, they wake you up to try to get you to buy their products or get pictures taken with a parrot. Terrible!
