The service was great Jenfry (MJ) was extremely attentive, welcoming, accommodating, and overall great personality. Honorable mentions all great service, bartender at Quismera, she made me a papaya smoothie to ease my heart burn. I wish I remembered her name, she gave me her last papaya piece that she was saving. I appreciated it so much. She was an older lady. The bartender at Muse (Digna) was very friendly and attentive. Juan Carlos, Emmanuel and so many more people that made our stay at Melia Punta Cana Wellness, so much better. I hate that I can’t remember names. It’s really the staff that made my vacation that much more worthwhile. A good amount of activities including my favorite, the Taino night. The dancers looked amazing! This was an amazing solo vacation spot. The resort was amazing!!! My concierge, Jenfry, made me feel like I was the only one in the world. Yes, the world not just the hotel. I ate something different everyday. The activities were varied. The spa services were superb. My room was beautiful. The private beach wasn’t so private. That was my least favorite part because of the independent vendors who act like vultures. They take away from the amazing time that you could be having on the beach. Can’t wait to go back, though.

Would have liked another option for lunch and breakfast. Food at multiple restaurants was mediocre at best. Drinks were not good- not a fan of paper cups and straws. Woke up tp construction in unit next door one day and landscaping on 2 other days. Also encountered several rude employees.

I believe the food options could be better everybody doesn’t eat pork so it should be more options of meat choice! The overall experience was great, staff was amazing, many great pool options, and relaxing areas!

This resort is amazing! It had the perfect balance of wellness and fun! There is always activities to do and things to see. The food was delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tomas was one of my drivers and he made me feel like a VIP! Frankeila helped me plan my days and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good! She truly made me feel cared for. I didn’t have any worries here!
