Beach was pretty nice with lots of coconut tress. Food was OK. Washroom was terrible as i was on the 4the floor the water pressur on the shower was very poor. Hard to find english speaking staff.

The maintenance was very poor. Also, somebody lied us about the visit to another location to sell us something like a contract for timeshare. They don't need to lie because the clients wants share time with family, not in a meeting.

Three couples went on this vacation. This was our second trip to this resort, the other couple has been here 4 times and the third couple it was their first visit. We all had the best time and will be back! Nancy was amazing! She was so helpful! 3 couples went and we were celebrating several things - a 10 year wedding anniversary, a 44 year anniversary and a new engagement that happened while we were there on the beautiful clean beach at sunset! She made sure all three couples had special treatment - rum and chocolate in our room, extra a la carte meals, rose petals, door banners and cute room decorations. She was so attentive and happy to help. Checking in on us and communicating instantly using what's app. Nilson from the buffet and Pizza Hut above the pool snack place was AMAZING in every way. An amazing kind sever and very aware of what was happening. My mother was overheated and about to faint walking out of the buffet one morning and he ran to help me keep her on her feet. He got everyone around to move away and got other staff to get a wheelchair and helped us to the Medical room for a doctors help. He stayed outside the office until we were done to make sure mom was ok and even wheeled her back over to her spot by the pool. He checked in on us daily - filled with smiles and hugs. The BEST. Literally! The food was better than in the summer 2024 when we were there. The bartenders were SO good. They remembered our favourite drinks! Will be back!

The food was inedible for the most part and gave me food poisoning. Would recommend Riu Palace or another place for your money. Room smelled like mildew and bottled water was inaccessable.

For the money we spent, this resort was great. It's not a luxury resort but the beach was beautiful, the rooms clean and always found something to eat.

The resort was exactly what we thought it was based on previously seen reviews. Was perfect for our group of college guys on spring break. The beach, pool, and drinks were great which was all we needed. Food was pretty rough and service was subpar. The room wasn’t terrible but definitely older and limited. All in all we had a great few days but that was definitely attributed to our low standards and lack of sober moments.

The hotel is nice but needs an urgent upgrade in its rooms. The suite I got the air conditioner didn't work from day one. I went to the service counter to report it every day I was there, and it wasn't until the night before my departure that they changed my room. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, you have to be calling to ask for towels and the water did not go down and it remains stagnant on the shower floor. The casino is a disaster, they only have about 10 very old slots and of them only 6 worked. After 9:30pm there was no activity in the lobby except for the daily shows and after that it was going to sleep because there was nothing to do. Employees are what make your stay better. I give it 2 out of 5 stars. Its sad because the place is beautiful.
