Our stay was amazing! The staff was great with us, super attentive and friendly. Our room was very clean and updated. I would 100% come back to this resort. Food options were very wide variety. Nice pool area and beach. Rooms were not all working properly, with air conditioner working poorly and bathroom smells in the first room. Customer service is below satisfactory and guest services make guests do a lot of running around before anything can be addressed. The privilege upgrade is not worth the cost. I wound not return to this place for the cost and things available and lack of hospitality.

I wouldn’t recommend this resort. The rooms are in different buildings instead of hotel style so there’s stray cats all over and lots of construction on the property. The spa was under construction so we had to get them in one of the bedrooms. Also, the food was not impressive at all.

The property is extremely clean. We were very disappointed that half the restaurants were closed. My entire family came back with traveler's diarrhea. We never drank the water but i think it's the ice for the drinks and them simply washing fruits/vegetables that did us all in. I would strongly suggest taking an oral vaccine beforehand to prevent Montezuma!

The internet seems ok, on certain area in the resort. The staffs were excellent. We couldn't really use the balcony due mosquitos infestation in the back .
