This resort was just OK for us , the first problem we had was getting a king size bed like we booked on Expedia, facility told us that they were out of king size, and because we didn’t book directly with them. They weren’t willing to honor our booking. It took several arguments with me and the Expedia staff Alfredo before we finally changed to a king size room the next day. Also, the staff lures you to attend a program after you get there to sell a package similar to timeshare, they expected us to pay $10,000 for a so-called package that they had and believed was better than paying for vacation every time. I think it was a sham refused to sign up for it. They did not honor their promise to provide us free couples massage because we refuse to sign up. It wasted our entire morning in the next day and I was not pleased about it at all. The food was also very boring for me. It felt like they were serving the same things for breakfast and Lunch, dinner was a little more exciting, but the food was not that it for me. Overall, I expected more and it just made the trip boring and very stressful for us. I won’t be returning to this property.

We really loved this resort, this was our first time traveling to the DR and we were not to sure but the staff were super friendly and attentive, there was so much to do and it wasn’t loud at all. Property was very well upkeeped and our rooms were cleaned every single day.

Fair warning they will try to sell you a travel membership by telling you to attend a welcome breakfast. I’m familiar with cruising so when I was told to attend a welcome breakfast I didn’t think anything of it.
