The hotel was average they are not versatile when it comes to performance and music is only Spanish . when we first got there They were welcoming but soon as we didn’t sign up for the premium package, they turned their backs on us and didn’t treat us like we were Good customers. They only carted to the privilege. I wouldn’t go back I need to find an another resort that is better and versatile. The rooms were average we didn’t have washcloths. They didn’t know what washcloths mean. The smell of the bathroom didn’t smell good. They told us room service was free but it’s not if ur not privilege. We didn’t like the way we had to do things if we wasn’t privileged. It’s not worth the extra money to get privilege the food not all that great or the resort just spend the extra money on a better resort

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The property was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with a convenient setup that made everything easily accessible. The rooms were remarkably spacious, and the bathrooms and showers were truly impressive—it’s not often I can say that about standard accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised to find a stylish white leather pull-out couch in our room, which added a touch of luxury. My teenagers absolutely adored the entertainment options available! From the bowling alley to the family game area and foosball table, there was never a dull moment. The nighttime shows were simply breathtaking. The magic performance and the Michael Jackson tribute were both phenomenal, showcasing the incredible talent of the performers. We also enjoyed the lively white beach party and the mesmerizing fire show. Overall, this experience offered fantastic value for our money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

This resort felt like a small town, with architecture and colors that gave the atmosphere of a Spanish village—very warm and inviting. There were two large pools, and the entertainment team was fantastic, both during the day at the pool and in the evenings.The food quality at the buffet was excellent—everything was fresh and delicious. However, the à la carte restaurants were not as good as the buffet in terms of both quality and variety.Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the towels, which seemed a bit worn and could be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The resort grounds were spacious, making it enjoyable to walk around at night and take in the weather and beautifully maintained gardens. One drawback was the pricing at the on-site stores—$12 for a small bag of Doritos and $30 for a pair of very low-quality flip-flops felt excessive. Overall, a great experience with wonderful service, food, and atmosphere! The only downside—which doesn't reflect the quality of the resort itself—was the so-called "welcome breakfast," which turned out to be a long promotional pitch—similar to a timeshare—asking for a $10,000 down payment plus $400 in taxes. They weren’t happy when I checked Expedia during the pitch and found much better deals, so we turned it down after nearly five hours.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Oceans Blue Sand Resort ( all inclusive ) hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was disorganized and slow. We waited over 3 hours to get into our room. It was suppose to be ready at 3:00pm. When we finally got to the room it was extremely hot in there. The room did not have what was stated in description. Nothing in the fridge, limited towels, there was hair on the bathroom floor, floors were all dirty. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged our concerns when we asked for help. There was a charge to use room service/ food. NOTE: This is a time share resort of which that is never stated when booking. We were hounded by staff to buy into their time share gimmick. When we let them know we were not interested we received even less help throughout our stay. Areas are segregated to certain groups. If you’re not a club member or purchase “points” you are not allowed to participate or access activities, amenities nor restaurants. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked our entire stay. I contacted the front desk multiple times for help, and they either brushed me off or gave vague responses with no resolution. Also, Pool closed at 6:30 daily. For the price we paid, we expected basic comfort and customer service, and we received neither. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. Worst experience.

Property was very nice and well maintained. Nice rooms which matched the photos online & the food was good. Only complaint was the amount of seaweed which affected the whole coast line. Took a party cruise and you can see some resorts did a much better job managing their beaches.

The property was overall nice, good food and good service. All Pools close at 7 and bars except for two bars. Your constantly hounded to buy things off of people when your there to enjoy yourself , it’s impossible to basically be left alone and relax on the resort and the beach. That being said it was a very enjoyable time .

Excelente swrvicio en los restaurantes excepto en el Carey y Tortuga, meseros nunca van a tu mesa y me sucedio que levante la mano para llamarlo y me grito de mala manera. Personal de los bares son los mejores y Victor Checo de Privilege te da el mejor servicio.
