I was very disappointed by the air conditioning not working in our room along with the coffee maker, safe, T.V. & sliding door for balcony were ALL broken. This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4.5 star.

Long story short this place is not for kids unless you like people smoking in front of your kids and/or vaping. By the pool people would just start smoking while sitting on the beach chairs. Then while in the pool people young and old would vape. There are more bars than food options. You can’t walk too far without finding a bar. As for the food. It’s terrible. Other than the fruits and sweets (cakes, chocolate) the food is bad. Friday and Saturday the food was okay and that’s because I ate rice and the fried chicken. The Dominican stew was very good. Any type of rice was usually good. Other than that the food was cold and not seasoned. The staff was very nice. Another thing upon arrival at the resort I went to the reception desk where 3 employees were and only one customer. I was then taken the prestige area. In this area 3 employees where there and only one checking guests in. I was the 3 person online.i sat there for about 10-15 minutes. Not sure how and why its prestige if I had to wait longer than regular reception. The place is okay. Would I come back, no. The food is a big no no for me. Honestly I believe whatever food was not ate for lunch they would create something new for dinner with some of the old food. Ex. One day they had buffalo chicken. It was pretty obvious the chicken was not fresh. When I tried it, the chicken tasted like it cooked previously and buffalo sauce was thrown on it for dinner that night.

overall, it was a wonderful experience. The beach was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and plenty of opportunities to relax by the water. The dining options were diverse, with delicious meals served at the various restaurants throughout the resort. I especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which made each meal feel special. Shopping was also convenient, with a few shops offering local goods and essentials, which I appreciated during my stay. The resort also provided excellent programs, from fun activities by the pool to evening entertainment, which helped make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout the visit. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the room’s air freshener. It was quite strong, and I soon realized it was likely trying to mask a musty smell, which I suspect was due to mold. Unfortunately, I am allergic to mold, so this was a bit uncomfortable for me. I would suggest that the property address this issue to improve the overall air quality in the rooms, as it was the only downside to an otherwise fantastic stay.

Beautiful location and resort. Extremely clean. Service staff were eager to help, very friendly and attentive. Meal options were very plentiful and very tasty. You can choose your own adventure every minute: calm and relaxing to fun and exciting! Highly recommend! Had a great time and will go back to stay here again!

There is no way to have dinner at the a la carte restaurant due to unavailability. Every hour was booked by special guests. Our family only had the dinner at buffet restaurant during our stays.Some of staffs need to train for speaking English. My family will not go back again.

The junior deluxe suite with king size bed and balcony view was wonderful. The pools and beach were lovely. Lots of food options to chose from. Our concierge Derlin was exceptional , answered our questions and and helped us make dinner reservations.

I have stayed at multiple H10 resorts, they say this is an older one but it was right up there with my favorites, I loved this resort, the food was great, actually the buffet was the best I ever had at an all inclusive. I cant say the night life was bad but I will say that it was geared toward an older crowd and some of the staff could have been a little more courteous but for the most part they were great. The biggest down fall was if you forget anything plan on being robbed in the gift shop or anything else you need, for example a small bottle of sunscreen $45, 9 blood pressure tablets $150, just be sure to bring everything you need and dont forget anything. The pools were great, but they do need to clean the seaweed off the beach which alot of the resorts do but not this one and it wash's back into the ocean which makes the water very dirty. So the bottom line is that this resort has it's faults as do they all but overall I loved this resort and would rank it among my favorites and would definitely return and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly, and attentive. The resort was clean, and the food options were excellent. A couple of things to note: We were not sure if VIP was included. Expedia said it was, but the resort did not offer it to us. We were not sure where to get fresh pool towels until day 5. We ended up in a "membership" presentation that took two hours. All and all, I would recommend this resort.
