Everything was clean. No issues with pools - they were clean every day. It can be a hike to get around due to large property but they have trolleys constantly coming through to take you where you want to go within the resort. Had no issues with staff. Everyone was friendly. Made good buddies with pool bar staff. ATT: Kevin Paulino was a great butler. He checked in on us every day. If there was anything we needed, he was on in very quickly.

The resort ia full of different facilities and swimming pools you can pick. The staffs are so lovely especially our bulter José Miguel Jbulter. He was super helpfully and passion, responding to our message fast whenever you texted him. Highly recommend!

José Miguel fue la persona encargada de nuestra experiencia de verdad que es excelente. Tuvo mucha atención con nosotros y intentó poder ayudarme y complacerme en cada necesidad que tuve. Tengo una condición en donde no puedo comer ciertas cosas y de verdad agradezco que en cada lugar que fui intentaron ayudarme y apoyarme lo más que pudieron ofreciéndome distintas alternativas. Por otro lado, me hubiera gustado que se ofrecieran más actividades. Que la discoteca estuviera abierta y más accesibilidad a los demás restaurantes entiendo que estaban en temporada baja y por eso no estaban todos abiertos al mismo tiempo. Fuera de ahí nuestra experiencia fue muy buena.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ocean El Faro! The resort is stunning — from the clean, spacious rooms to the beautiful beach and pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, making us feel so welcome. The food options were fantastic, and every restaurant had something special. Perfect mix of relaxation and fun — would definitely come back again!

Recién estuvimos en la propiedad y la verdad es un hotel agradable q vale la pena visitar. Ahora mismo el water park está cerrado por mantenimiento que fue algo q nos agarró por sorpresa y el motivo fundamental por el que escogimos el hotel. Pregunte antes de reservar si ya está abierto nuevamente.
