Brand new to the rental market (October 2023) all set to welcome its first of many guests. Spacious, boho beach vibe, views to die for...and plenty of room for families or large groups of friends. We look forward to welcoming you! Three bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. The twin room has its bathroom across the hall. 65" Smart TV in the livingroom. Plus IPTV Box as an extra. 4 separate air conditioners with Google Nest thermostats. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large dining living area. Oversized balcony looking right on to the turquoise ocean. Plenty of room to sit and sip a cocktail or dine using the Stainless Weber BBQ provided to you. Uninterupted views to watch the sun come up. This condo is the caribbean gem that you dream about. Electric is charged separately, a meter reading will be witnessed by you at check in, and again at check-out. Electric should be paid in cash USD or DOP at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

We loved our stay with family. Welcome and reception is great. Liz does a fabulous job and we appreciate you. We have been at Playa Turqueza but at H building and we love both G and H and will be coming back next year. Always feel safe and the beach restaurant has excellent food and just so pleasant can’t beat the service and views.

Direct oceanfront property, perfect for falling asleep at night to the ocean waves. Fantastic location with access to many miles of white sand beach, many restaurants within walking distance, live music nearby, very responsive and friendly property manager. Would highly recommend!
