Stayed Hotel Rui Bambu PuntaCana March 1 - 6 room 303. The minute we entered the room it smelled moldy. I checked the Mattress and it was filthy and had mold on it. They change the mattress but the the room still smelled. We asked for our room to be changed but was that they were fully booked. Bathroom door was falling off and bathroom sink was leaking. It took them two days to fix it. There was no ironing board this also took two days before we got one. Room door malfunctions on separate days took 30 minutes before we could get back into the room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I didn’t like this resort! This resort needs more professionals this resort needs better customer service the food is NO GOOD! AT NIGHT THRRE NO SERVICE YOU HAVE TO GO GET EVERYTHING YOURSELF EVERYTHING IS A MESS, COMPARE TO OTHER RESOETS I BEEN TO IN PUNTA CANA THIS IS TRASH! BEING HONEST YOU GUYS NEED BETTER ASSISTANCE GOOD FOOD AS WELL & MORE TRANSPORTING, AS WELL I HAD TO PICK UP MY UBER EATA FOOD ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT OF THE RESORT EVEN THOUGH I ASKED IF SOMEONE CAN GET IT FOR ME AND ILL PAY THEM AND THEY SAID NO OR IF SOMEONE CAN TAKE ME THEY SAID NO THERE JUST NO GOOD! I PAID LOTS OF MONEY FOR PEOPLE TO BE THIS WAY! YOU GUYS NEED TO IMPOROVE WAY MORE! ALOT ! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT BUT IT WAS A EXPERIENCE FOR ME NOT TO EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMENT TO ANYONE!

Great resort for a family with adult kids. We were able to enjoy all activities and RIU parties. Pools are open 24/7 which I have never encountered, Surroundings are not luxurious but very practical and pretty, without feeling the need to go to that one spot, plenty pools, chairs and smart shade, no need to wake up early for umbrellas. Not a 5 star food choice but plenty healthy, fresh option, and to be fair, I don’t pick all inclusive if food is my main attraction. Breakfast is the best and Tania made it even better, every morning greating us with a smile and taking care of us. Overall we had a blast and would come back here.

The property was beautiful, the staff was hitvor miss with the friendliness, the linen didn't smell the cleanest and the showers didn't drain while you washed

The bambu is horrible. They steal, they are rude and indifferent to tourists. You feel an eerie vibe and just know that it is a scummy business

Enjoyed all the amenities and the beach. The staff very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Entertainment is wonderful. Would like to have food and bar service by the beach and pools.

I sated couple of Riu property. This oone is old and i think they need little bit update. All stuff were very friendly and helpful. Vendor on beach wasn't nice.lie abour price. We did parasaling. It was only 3 minutes. Gut told us it wall be about 30 min.

The dining room staff and grounds men are great. Front desk staff need a lot of lessons in customer service satisfaction. Had a missed flight, after booking and confirming room a month ahead. After arrival at 0830 the following day I was informed that my room was no longer available and it was given to someone else and that the hotel is sold out. I need to wait until people are checked out to get a room. I had to find the Assistant Property manager, because the front desk manager was clearly not helpful either. After escalation to the Assistant Manager, I was told that the room would be ready in 15 minutes. The property is good, food is ok. I
