Overall, it was a good resort with good food and the room was clean. The pools were clean and the beach was super nice. The service was okay for the most part but my only complaint is a worker walked into our room unexpectedly while my wife was half naked. We did not request anything to be delivered to our room or anything like that. It was very odd that he just opened up our door for no reason.

Worst of all was the food especially the buffet. The only good food that we had was dinner at Zen restaurant and the steak house. The food in these two specific places was decent! Next thing the room had that nasty smell, even though I was opening the terrace door every day the smell was still there, very bad! The towels very overused, they looked like they were dirty, same with the beach towels! We had a problem with our reservation at check in and the guy who was “helping us” didn’t handle the situation very politely. He wasn’t experienced enough in my opinion! Overall the resort is not bad but they have a lot of things to work on. I forgot to mention the entertainment program very poor! I wouldn’t go back!

We just came back from a family trip and it is a beautiful property with everything need it inside. Multiple options for kids and adults including a slide water park . All areas are walkable and convenient. Food every where, at anytime. Beautiful lobby area with 7 restaurants and sport bar. They have entertainment every night . Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Ramon was definitely great when accommodating us . Food quality could be improved but overall it is a great place to visit with the family. Cons the beach was not good at all. Lot of seaweed unable to swim but the area to relax on it was great plenty amt of beach chairs , well accommodated to relax under the palm trees. Rooms where comfortable and well equipped. Cleaning was done every day. For us it was a great family bday week choice worth the price paid. A place I can definitely comeback with my kids

The property is a great place, is my first visit but I know that will be more times. Just need to work with the humidity smelling inside the room. The staff are amazing. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

7 days in the property, I had 3 rooms. Service was good and food in the buffet has good quality not great presentation but good quality. The pools are clean and the service is good. The specialty restaurants were not good for food or service. The towels in the room are really old and hard .. I requested between towels and got better but still they all need to be replaced. Good for families!

Food was very bland no flavor at all. Sodas are flat and tv only had like 3 English speaking g channels. Other than that my trip was amazing I will return but with my kids cause the resort is super kid friendly. Oh and the beach was nasty too, algae everywhere.

Recently renovated so everything was clean. Housekeeping never brings rags when they clean the rooms though. Only towels and when we would request via room service they wouldn’t bring. So we’d have to go get them. Food was okay. Nothing spectacular taste wise. I came home with a stomach virus but probably not the resorts fault, but instead eating and drinking what I’m not used to. Overall great experience here, would visit again.

Absolutely beautiful from my Ocean view suite, to the food and staff were all very welcoming. The Elite club bonus for me was the ocean front Cabana’s were always available and perfectly placed. I’ll definitely be returning!

The buildings are very poorly maintained, walls are dirty and hallways and stairs very smelly. The rooms are very dirty, pieces from the bathroom broken, not completely equipped with shampoo and shower gel supplies. The supplies needed for children are not available such as straws, carton milk, water bottles, among others. Plates, glasses, and cups are always dirty and it is very difficult to find one clean enough to be able to eat. Also, there is no elevators and no flexibility to have a ground room if you have kids. I had to stay with a toddler and a baby at a second floor room and had to carry my double stroller everytime up and down the stairs. Beach was horrible, there was not a day that we were able to enjoy the water navies of the algae. The hotel has a very small pool and they allow people to even transport food across the pool which I do not consider is safe and sanitary. Overall I will rate the hotel as a 2 stars or less.
