I like the service of Estalin,He was a Great help getting reservations for restaurants and just overall activities of resort.Food was great staff excellent!!BIG SHOUT OUT TOO HOUSEKEEPER EUGENIA!!MY ROOM 12112 for the 9 nights was well cleaned!!Being a Housekeeper myself. The resort wasnt 5 star, 4 at best. We upgraded to diamond club which gave us a really nive hard working butler named gerlyn. He made all of our reservations, checked in on us everyday and fixed our ac. The food was average, over cooked steaks, repetitive breakfasts even with diamond club and terrible sushi. The Brazilian grill was the best option so check that out if you can get in. Beach was nice first half, second half was full of seaweed. The entertainment was good, especially the dancers. The resort didnt have a night club so all music was done by 11. Go but manage your expectations.

My family and I recently stayed at the Royalton Bávaro Hotel, booking two suites, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. At the kids’ pool, Ruben and Willy were outstanding bartenders — not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also made the best drinks we had during our entire stay. They truly made relaxing by the pool a highlight for us. A special thank you to Luis, the photography manager, who was so professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we captured beautiful memories as a family. His attention to detail was incredible. At the breakfast buffet, Nelson impressed us with his warm hospitality and excellent service — he made mornings such a joy. And by the beach cabanas, Miguel took great care of us, ensuring we always had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The hotel itself was spotless, always full of fun activities, and had everything we could ask for to keep both adults and kids entertained. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return — this was truly a five-star experience for the entire family!

Very nice hotel, loved the entertainment! The only thing I can say it’s they need more golf carts to move around guests through the hotel, because some of the rooms are very far from the main lobby and restaurants and every time we had to wait a long time… other than that very nice time me and my family had!!!

The staff was rude, food was not good at all, had to go off the resort for good food, we also had to upgrade to the diamond club for better service and still not so great every one had access to the diamond club era just not a resort I would say at again
