Wow, was all I can say. We had an incredible time at this resort and our butler. Emilio was fantastic tons of food options. We were never disappointed by any of the meals that we got very easy to get into the restaurants we made dinner reservations for the Italian restaurant And the food was good not fantastic

The property and staff were amazing! Omar at the pool & beach went above and beyond to make our pool & beach time, relaxing & peaceful!! The buffet was delicious with so many options. They serve you at the buffet behind plexi glass. A lot of the buffet food was freshly cooked in front of you. Dining reviews are mixed.Marlin’s view can’t be beat, but the food was average. The Italian restaurant (Cappricio’s), was delicious fine dining. 15 minutes from the airport. Everything was spectacular … no complaints. If you’re looking for lively nightlife this is not the place for you. Peace, rest & relaxation you will definitely get! I would highly recommend and return!

We loved Ninja and Crhistian at the pool! They were very helpful and kind to us our whole trip. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was amazing for an all inclusive. We had issues with our AC and they helped us right away. The servers were very attentive, and we were shocked that they remembered our names. It was a 10/10 i and I would recommend this resort to my family and friends.

The place was great and beautiful but make sure they refund the deposit they take. They did not for us and when I followed up. they gave a long run around and we have not still received. It is unfortunate as we would have gone back and recommended but now this put a very bad taste of the dishonesty.

Everything was first class lux. All employees were super helpful and friendly. Spa was a dream. Castle pool was peaceful and if you wanted more interactions, the main pool was lively. Highly recommend!!!

What an amazing slice of paradise. The best service hands down. Everyone was so nice and so helpful and always smiling. Shoutout to Felix, we loved the attention to detail and always ready to help. The pool staff were great, especially Emmanuel, brother, thank you! Sandro, thank you doe everything. Our butler, Dawar was amazing. We will really miss this place. We are looking forward to returning.

The resort is gorgeous but can we appreciate all the stuff how they are so sweet so kind they arranged flowers on my table fact they did that from love no management no taking orders was all from love I have been in different islands different high class resorts but i can say this resort is number one and again its the stuff
