This is the worst resort I’ve stayed at. There was no entertainment AT ALL, the alcoholic drinks didn’t even give you a buzz (tasted like all drinks were regular juice) , staff weren’t friendly and majority did not speak any English, the ocean did not go higher than the knees(we even went further out), no music at all, we ordered room service that never came, food options were very limited to none, washcloths and towels had stains on them. We requested maintenance for a clogged toilet 3 times and they didn’t fix it until the fourth time we sent a request. The resort was very beautiful, but not worth staying unless you just want a nice view to look at.

Beach area was amazing! Was not hassled on the beach with people selling stuff. So many swimming pool options, depending on mood of the moment. Loved having a swim out room. Food wasn't spectacular, I've been to other all inclusive that were better, but the resort, pools beach area made up for that!! Will definitely be returning!!

When I first booked this resort I was quite hesitant from the mixed reviews I read. However I am SO glad I did. The staff was SO SO FRIENDLY. The app was easy to use for room service, water and anything else we needed or had questions about! I can say, we were lucky and booked our reservations for dinner at the restaurants immediately after checking in. The Hibachi was the BEST I’ve ever had and the interaction the whole time was one to remember! The buffets were pretty good, but i never really expect much from an all inclusive buffet. Definitely take the time to interact with the staff and make friends or “family” as they will remember you, your name and your favorite drinks! Cannot wait to go back next year! Found my favorite spot!
