Horrible! do not stay here. Though the rooms were spacious the staff lacked a standard level of friendliness and were unaccommodating, when I first arrive to the resort, no one was standing there to greet us. There was somebody just standing outside and we had to approach them for direction we didn't receive a welcome drink or even a wet towel as I had seen they had done in others videos. I also have had very many experiences with all inclusive hotels, so for me this is pretty Standard.No accommodations were shown for my special request when I had explained that I was coming to celebrate a birthday. Some rooms had banners about the certain events they were coming to celebrate, but for me, there was nothing done. The staff was borderline rude as even when you eat at the hotel you have to wait on them for water/juice & pop and most would just look at you and then have an attitude when asked for something. The maid constantly came in our room unannounced as we were laying down and would not give us towels for some reason even if we were trying to exchange our old ones for new ones. The manager approached us one time while we were out for breakfast because we had took a buffet plate back to the room due to their room service ending at 10:30pm And he brought about five people with him to talk to us about the situation in front of everyone! They do not provide beverages if you order room service & the list of Cons go on… do not waste your money here you will be disappointed!!!

Everything about this resort was great except for the very loud entertainment on 3 of the 7 nights. Our room was just behind the stage and the entertainment was so loud. I had originally chosen this resort because it was supposed to be a quiet resort

Had to work hard to get the room we booked. After 3 times back and forth to front desk we got what we ordered. 12000 steps on pedometers just checking in. Beer and liquor selection good. Frosty and mixed brings heavily watered down. Beach is nice but shallow due to a sandbar. Literally have to kneel down to get water over your waist. Is great for kids. Pools are beautiful. Food was subpar for us. 9th trip to Punta Cana and this was the worst…. For us that is. People are eating and I guess it has a decent selection. Just didn’t do it for us. Lots of flies all over the food in buffets. Big turn off…… remember YouTube travel bloggers mostly get there stays comped thus their reviews normally give higher marks . It’s an ok place if you’re looking to try a new resort

I just stayed at this resort with 13 friends for 5 fabulous days! Very clean, super friendly staff, plenty to eat and drink, and I got an amazing massage in the Spa. I would’ve liked more options for entertainment on the adult side. Pool activities were fun. I would stay here again.

If you are looking for a vacation to relax and unwind, this is the place. It was nice to have access to the family side for a more livelier time if wanted though. The resort is beautiful and clean. Loved the size of it and getting around was quick and easy. The three pools are all spotless with plenty of loungers. The beach is beautiful with powder like sand. Lots of loungers on the beach too with lots of palapas for shade. The food is your typical resort food. Not horrible but not amazing. Drinks were tasty. Our favorite was the coco loco but it depended which bar made it. The staff for the most part were friendly but not as friendly as other resorts I’ve been to. At times, we were flat out ignored at the bar trying to order. The entertainment staff were probably the most friendly, engaging in conversations and always a warm greeting everyday.

Friendly staff. Modern rooms and well decorated. The food options were plentiful and wide variety of choices. The all-inclusive package is exactly what I expected. The beach area was very clean and tidy with plenty of longe chairs and cabana beds. Attention to detail of this resort was amazing. Will definitely return, especially with the new building and casino scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. One of the nicest resorts in Punta Cana!

The overall property was good. There needs to be consistent entertainment throughout the day on the adult side. At least some music to have guest more engaged. Don’t mingle parties with the family side. Foam party was the best part! Other than that, it was too quiet during the day and I would have at least enjoyed some music at the pool side.

The staff were inconsistent with the property rules. In the restaurant area where you ate at the buffet instead of having stations for drinks you had to wait for staff to come around and ask you for drinks. That of course took forever if you wanted something other than water. Also going to a tropical island I expected there would be fresh squeezed juice but, there were no fresh orange juice, just orange drink, no freshly squeezed papayas juice or mango juice, just highly processed sugary drinks. Excursions were all extremely late for pickups not to mention one excursion was supposed to be for two hours on a two man speedboat and it lasted 45 minutes. Not only did I get my money back but I would NEVER recommend any of there excursions. They say that they don’t represent the hotel but, guess where you purchased the excursions? Right there on the hotel premises. Just do better! E didn’t ask for anymore than what we paid for and didn’t expect anything more. I’ve been to Punta Cana 3 others times before this and service has never been this poor. I don’t know if it’s because the locals how found ways to scam money from tourists so they don’t feel the need to do there best for tips or because they truly was no management around to keep people in check. Either you will be over charged for things and won’t find management until you’re in the lobby ready for check out. Nothing to make your trip/experience better…..good luck and I hope others can have a better experience
