Everything was good. Housekeepers were excellent they made sure our refrigerator was kept stocked and we had linen everyday. The hotel had a wide selection of food to choose from. Even though it rained there the entire time we was there it was still overall a good vacation. I just wished our room was farther back because the pool where all the activities were held was outside our room, which meant if you had a long night and wanted to sleep in it’s not possible unless your a heavy sleeper. The only issue i had was the mosquitoes was bad like really bad!!! And the bug repellent wee brought from the store on site didn’t work. It was like perfume to them.

The place itself was nice but most staff were unfriendly and just looking for a tip. Dining room staff almost never came to our table to ask if we needed water. Had to do everything ourself.

We were extremely overcharged for rooms that were infested with mosquitoes and the poorest room service we have ever experienced! We strongly urge some oversight on the way they trick you into upgrades etc. poorest experience ever.

Staff was fantastic! Food was good, room was very clean. Only issue is for a family stay, the bathroom has a window into the bedroom. Heard after the fact some people bring clips and a shower curtain to hang for privacy

We had a great time when we stayed in August. Of course it’s summer and it’s hot but some of the restaurants had NO air conditioning. The hotel is in need of paint or pressure washing. Buffet was okay, the restaurants were all delicious with great service. The app to make reservations for dinner was awful!!! I recommend you go to the front desk to make your dinner reservations. Overall it was a fun trip!
