We had a wonderful vacation at TRS Turquesa Punta Cana!! The room was always clean, the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful - our butler, Edward, Kelvin from the restaurants and the entire entertainment team. Would 10/10 recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!!

We had an amazing stay at the TRS Turquesa. Everything was clean, entertaining, and convenient. Our butler, Edward, was the magic behind the scenes. He took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left, meeting us at the door and booking all reservations. He was in constant communication with us and made sure we were taken care of. We would definitely come back here again!

Our butler, Noris, did a great job providing us with outstanding service. She made our reservations for the restaurants, events, and helped schedule the excursions. She even decorated our room and made sure everything was in place. Looking forward to coming back again. This was our fifth time there and we met so many others who have been at TRS multiple times. I also want to thank the POP team for keeping us and others involved in activities. It was a great vacation.

We arrived 12/15/2025 and were scheduled to be there until 12/20/2025, but due to our horrible experience, we left on 12/17/2025. Staff were extremely rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to help us which caused a lot of frustration and stress. We requested help and room service on a numerous occasions and never received what we asked for. I would like to say there were some very nice staff who were helpful in the moment, but the majority of the staff looked straight thru us or were just plain rude. Also, the power went on and off in the room, which made the experience that much worse. We are deeply saddened by this experience. We both really wanted a relaxing vacation but instead received an awful robbery of time and money, and the time we will never get back. I only hope we can get refunded for the nights we did not stay, but I highly doubt we will.

The resort and rooms are beautiful, but there were two major issues. Vegetarian food options were very limited. Despite repeated requests, it was difficult to get consistent, appropriate vegetarian meals. Staff often did not seem to understand the requests, and protein options beyond pasta were essentially nonexistent. The smoking was also excessive. Tobacco smoke was common in many areas of the resort and significantly detracted from the experience.

Our initial room 5032 pool view close to beach had no AC,3 flights of stairs (no elevators on the property ), and we had roaches as well . Our butler was fantastic and tried his best to make it right. We spent two nights burning up (28Deg C we slept on balcony ) Finally after telling the Butler ( Ray ) he had to move us or we were leaving ...they moved our room to a first floor in Building 54 . It was further back and not close to the main pool or beach but it was sufficient for the rest of our stay . Room amenities are ok , the staff was excellent and really do a great job ! Food was ample and served with a nice flare - the a la carte restaurants on property were a nice dinner choice. El Dorado Steak house was by far our favorite and Indian and Sushi were next ....pretty good ! Bar service was great and the liquor is top shelf ( except no Anejo Tequilas ) . CHIC was totally worth the 60.00 pp ! The show is a few hours and the menu is served durint the entire show with several courses ( small plates but delicious ) . Bar service in the Cabaret Theater could be improved ...very hard to get a cocktail or glass of wine during show. Get there early and catch the Pre-show outside the entrance. Grab a chair and drink and the dancers come outside and perform some very cool acts !

This is the first time I've ever been so disappointed in a resort. The worst was when the Internet went down and they didn't have a menu available in any restaurant ! The staff was pleasant but English was a struggle. Management had only up selling their travel plan on their mind. Rooms are greatly in need of repairs. We have been to the DR many times and didn't struggle with the language barrier at other resorts. One star would be greatly over rating our experience !!!

The resort is large, staff friendly and helpful. The food was below 5 star status. Lots of restaurants closed. The food wasn’t very good. Small portions, often cold, bland. And my partner got food poisoning and was very ill for 2 days.
