The room was nice, a few things that needed fixing which the staff took care of right away. The staff in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch were great. The show at the Chic was spectacular. Our butler Rodney was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He made our stay wonderful. Treated us like family. The one thing I would change is the lounge chairs in the swim-up suite they were not comfortable. Would recommend

It was clean but I did not like that staff were ademanantly trying to sell memberships and we told them we werent interested but they brought other staff speaking about other amenities and it took for me to walk out for them to understand that four and a half hours of my morning was enough. I think that it should be noted somewhere that guests should not swim or hang out in the swimming pool when guests are staying there ( I had to wake up about 2am to ask a group of women to move from my area because I was woken by their laughing and loud voices) on e I spoke to them they left, I dont believe they had a room with walk out access to the pool. And lastly, the staff members need to be more considerate of guests-- I was woken a few mornings, about 3am by staff laughing and joking in the concierge area of the building. I would recommend future guests to stay in a room away from the first rooms near the entrance of the building.

Rodny, the assigned assistant, was great with all questions and helped with getting me a taxi back to SDQ (which was very far awa). Hotel was great, food was good, booze was good.

From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

Third time at this wonderful resort! Randy, our butler is amazing!! 2nd time having him and treats us like gold! Stephanie at Helios is the best! Felix is so friendly and happy. Sandra took care of our room beautifully every day. Love the staff and the swim up room is key!!!

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. Always taking care of our every need and coordinated our days for us so we only had to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the bar tenders were amazing as well. Especially Dennis.
