I was very disappointed with my stay. When we checked-in we got little to no information about the property. There was no information about the amenities, bikes, activities, excursions ect. We learned about all of this on our last day, very disappointing. The room was nice, altho i would of enjoyed to have a mini bar. Overall the staff was ok, mostly accommodating. The beach was my biggest disappointment, seaweed , seaweed and more seaweed, water was a dark brown, so that was a major downgrade. I would definitely not recommend staying here

Courteous, helpful staff eager to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is beautiful and far from most things. Free airport shuttle.The rooms are spacious. We had two rooms king size and double. Several onsight restauraunts we tried 3 of them. The service charge, gratuity and a 3rd charge felt excessive everytime we ate in a restaurant.

There was a lot of sargassum at the beach which no one mentioned at the time of booking nor at the time of arrival. This was very disappointing because we ended up not being able to enjoy the beach! There was a water bicycle available that would allow one to "cycle" past the sargassum, however the cost was $50/hr. Not even a slight compensation from the hotel to make up for this which was very disappointing. We left the day after ...

Everything was beautiful, beyond our expectations (beach, hotel, resort, services, transportation, ocean, pool, ). The only thing that surprised us was the high service charges & government taxes added to every meal/drink at the restaurants, so be sure to book your hotel stay as "all inclusive " (if there is an option). And if you are leaving the Punta Cana airport on weekend, make sure to be at the airport AT LEAST 3 hours prior to your departure!!!! Enormous lines and no air conditioning at the airport were exhausting!!!
