Staff very nice and well trained, check in was 5 minutes, a very big room with everything new. Very well maintained inside and out. Ice cold A/C. Could benefit from more bed sheets and more pillows. The food is very good too. Felt safe walking alone at night. Definitely one of the best places to stau in bayahibe.

It was spacious, confortable and with different areas to spend time and enjoy. Good A/C in common areas and rooms. An elevator would be good to get to the 3rd floor as well as conforters in the beds and not just the bed sheets.

The grounds are beautiful pools ocean cabanas but its very quiet only 1resturant on the grounds. Very few people a lot if 1 day passes are issued. Room was nice

The property was clean and had nice pools. The food was good as well but I will love to see more activity at night so we didn't have to drive to Bayahibe town. Otherwise all was great and we will be back again

Tracadero is amazing. The various pools, the staff service and the location are some of the things that make it a great vacation spot. The area is quiet and safe. The pool staff are excellent and the food was pretty tasty too, at a reasonable price. Only suggestion: we arrived early, and while they allowed us to use the pool while our room was being cleaned, it was impossible to get towel ahead of our room being ready (beach towels are in the rooms). It’s hard to use the pool with no towel, so would recommend they change this practice. We also had no bath towels in the room. Despite this, we’ll definitely come back!

so so beautiful with amazing access to the ocean. just be careful when entering the ocean on the ladders!! many sea urchins there and our friend stepped on one and we had to go to the hospital, but luckily the hotel staff helped us with where to go and how.

This is a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Bayahibe. I thought the room was lovely and the people who worked there were courteous and helpful. EXCEPT: they do not have enough staff. So, there is a wait to check in and check out.
