The property was ok. I was hoping they would've had more for kids since they sell the kids play pool so much and bowling and shows.
The bowling in the bar is additional cost, which wasnt said and the kids zone closes at 5pm. Other than dinner nothing else to do when traveling with kids.
The show was a big screen tv with a kids dance video wasnt even an actual show.
The pool was good. The towel hut is a bit of a walk from the kids pool. Very inconvenient. They should have another one on each side.
The food was meh, if your hoping for true dominican food, dont come here.
We went to El Pilon which was suppose to be authentic dominican food. We requested platano maduros (which was on the menu) our server kept saying there was none and would chuckle (in a sarcastic way) when we requested really anything, so rude. The ONLY server that was awful.
It took asking another server to get us some and he did it with so much love. The Italian restaurant was God AWFUL. Dont waste your time. The Japanese was the best, unfortunately. Wanted some true authentic DR food. Oh well.
The room was spacious but the sheets were old and had pilled so bad they all felt disgusting. Requested new sheets and it was slightly better. I just slept with leggings and socks to not feel it. They serviced everyday, was fine.
The service though was A+. Everyone was soooo kind. Made some of the crappy stuff we experience a bit better with the service. All in all, will not return or recommend for families.
