Dining room fan was not working. Communication needs to be improved greatly. Information sent must be the correct info such as correct apartment number with the correct door code (not just randomly send a default email that was not correct edited for the current renter). Response was very very slow when we needed an urgent fix of the problem.

El departamento es excelente , muy confortable, amplio , con linda vista a la piscina desde el balcón , muy lindo y sobre todo impecable , ubicado en una zona súper segura y tranquila, Johan fue un excelente anfitrión, muchísimas gracias por todo , volveremos pronto .
