Excellent stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the food was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the dining options. Every restaurant we visited was very good. The drinks were also excellent—strong, well-made, and definitely not watered down. The only downsides were that not all seven restaurants were open each day due to the hotel not being at full capacity, and there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our stay. While neither issue ruined the experience, they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the W Punta Cana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their hospitality and attentiveness truly set this resort apart. Rafael at the pool provided world class service! The facilities were flawless, beautifully maintained, modern, and designed to create the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. Every area of the resort felt pristine and inviting. The food was outstanding as well, with every meal exceeding expectations in both quality and variety. From breakfast to dinner, the dining experience was consistently excellent. Overall, this was an unforgettable trip, and I highly recommend the W Punta Cana to anyone looking for a top-tier getaway. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything was nice and clean. I had very high expectations of the restaurants, but found they were too high. Although I found things to eat from talking to other couples I feel like there aren’t many choices. Rooms are pretty clean, the staff is nice, and breakfast was the same, but consistent. The omelette station was my highlight. The only other thing is that it’s been a week since leaving the resort and there’s still $500 pending on my credit card. I’m actually upset that it hasn’t fallen off yet and shouldn’t be taking so long.

The food options are not good for a property like the W. The three restaurants do not offer any food that's considered fine dining. The drinks at the pools are awful and the options are limited. The Outpost Cafe was the highlight of the trip everything there was great. I would get rid of Scena all the food we ordered were not good at all. The breakfast at the Trade market was excellent. Taman Beach club was ok. We had a reservation for Satsuma rooftop at 7pm on Saturday 6/13/26 and when we showed up the restaurant was closed and we were never notified.
