The room- doors and windows didnt latch properly. Had to use coat hangers to secure window and sliding door. Main door put a chair as dead bolt didnt work. Floor was very dirty. Bathroom cabinets doors broken. Fridge ran water on the floor. waited for maintenance to fix doors gave up afterr 2.5 hours and put the do not disturb sign up. Someone knocked loudly on door about 1/2 after that did not say who they were just asked if i spoke spanish. Not impressed.

Good day the reason we gave this hotel of three star is because the washroom was dirty. The door was hanging off one of the cabinets underneath the sink. The pillowcases were stained. The pillows were different sizes. The showerhead was loose about to fall off the wall and for the price of renting this room is way too high. There are way nicer hotels in the area for less money. We were there a few years ago and we really enjoyed staying here and that’s why we came back, but after what we saw this time, we’re not coming back at all. The staff was good friendly and the breakfast was OK not too much to Select From. The selection was very poor. This hotel has a great location, not too far away from the airport but if you guys continue the way you are, you’re gonna lose business.

Room was clean the staff were so nice every last one of them including the owner....I like it better than resort i originally stayed at..food was good the bar was nice outside by the pool. After flight being canceled for 3 days couldn't have found a better comfortable place to stay...will be returning

The security was no help. I had to call the embassy. It’s nasty. Not a good resort. You guys should not be backing them and posting stores. If you guys look at the reviews they’re scamming they’re treating customers horrible I really wish I could’ve got a refund I needed help.
