The unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious lanai that overlooks the main lake facing downtown and the 10th hole of Babcock National. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed and a bath right outside the door. Both bedrooms have 65" smart tvs and ceiling fans.

The living room features a 70" smart TV w/ soundbar, a comfy set of sofas and an aesthetic that portrays a perfect merge of urban and coastal design.

The kitchen of this rental is truly a chef’s dream. It comes fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, an electric stove, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a large island that is perfect for preparing meals and the kitchen is stocked with most anything a chef would need!

One carport space comes dedicated to the unit, washer & dryer included. Unit is stocked with almost anything you would need home away from home. Lawn chairs to head to Founders Square with, a wagon to put them in, blankets, beach towels, iron/board, yard games etc!

Excellent location and beautiful comfortable accommodations.

I've had my share of excellent VRBO and other hosts, but if I could rate Jodi as a VRBO super host, hands down, I would! Jodi had thought of plenty to make her renters comfortable ( including a TV soundbar) at her well appointed condo. Her timeliness, clarity and organization made for our effortless enjoyment of everything at Babcock Ranch, especially golf. Within 5 minutes walk of the pool, fitness, golf bag drop, and the pickle and tennis courts, the condo's location also offered lakeside sunsets from the lanai, our hangout most evenings for twilight. The growing Babcock Ranch also has nature trails, food trucks, and bicycle lanes. We really recommend Jodi's condo.
