Massive 13'x20' bedroom with king size Sleep Number bed, twin night stands, dresser, chest of drawers and custom makeup stand. Private bathroom with walk-in shower, Jacuzzi garden tub, single sink and walk-in closet. There is a 60" fllat screen hung on tbe hall in front of bed. Semi private living room just outside the bedroom door. Perfect quiet area for reading a good book, the newspaper or browsing on your tablet. A Dell laptop is also available in your strictly for your use. Kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living room privileges. Large grill in porch is just waiting for you. Parking for non-commercial non-lettered vehicles only. Residence located in quiet deed restricted community. Just four miles from Interstate 75, Wal Mart, Publix and several restaurants. Owner lives on property. This is a shared home. Domesticated pets welcome. I have a small 20 lb sheltie that lives with me. There is a dog door in the guest bathroom that leads to a small fenced in back yard.

I arrived early and there was a note on the door for me. Great host. fishing in walking distance good food just 6 minutes away Walmart same thing place is very quiet the room is bigger than the picture was very pleased with everything Nick Roussel
