The room was very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. We are disappointed that we could not be in the pool or hot tub after dusk. Evening is a great time to use them.

This hotel gets a 5 star review for my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The decor and the atmosphere were awesome. The staff was extremely friendly making us feel right at home. The hotel ground's were spectacular from the entrance to the pool area (which was gorgeous). Rooms were luxurious and very comfortable and of course super clean. Well done staff!!!!

Extremely nice resort property with many amenities and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. a couple outside pools with a bar and a rooftop vanishing edge pool with an outdoor bar. The property is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sunseeker!

Room was nice but next to ice machine and elevators and no flexibility by staff to move us. Also supposed to be harbour view but only thing could really see was an old rooftop of the hotel. Took an hour and a half for a drink to be delivered at the rooftop bar. Hot tub was broke and no staff seemed to care

The room was very clean and the view of the gulf was spectacular. Several restaurants were closed, roof top pool closed for private event, spa closed on the day we were there but they still charged the full resort fee.

The hotel is beautiful; however, to my surprise, when I pulled back the covers, the under sheets were dirty with hair, glitter, and stains. It looked like they hadn’t changed the bedding since the previous guest.
