This house is located at the outskirts of the village with no immediate neighbours.
Last year, the house was lovingly renovated, the bathroom and the fitted kitchen, equipped with a 4 hob cooker and oven, are brand new. The kitchen also has a coffee machine and electric kettle. On cool days, particularly during the winter season, you benefit from a new wood fired oven and all the rooms are equipped with electric heating. The house features two bedrooms with new beds for a total of three persons, a kitchen, big living room with a wooden ceiling in the old Canary style, and modern flat screen television set complete with satellite. Towels, bed linen and firewood are provided free of charge, as well as a bed for a child and a high chair. A washing machine is also available.
Various shopping facilities, a pharmacy, post office and restaurants are within a walkable distance of 5 to 10 minutes, as well as a bus stop from where you can go around the whole island on the bus. To the beautiful Tacacorte sand beach you can also get on the bus in a half hour journey.

Großzügige Unterkunft
Von Puntagorda aus läßt sich die Insel gut mit Tagestouren erkunden. Für Wanderer ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber, großzügig und alles, was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Einkaufen und Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die deutschen Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.
