Enjoy relaxing days in our bright 2 room apartment with balcony. The apartment is located on the ground floor (front left) of a beautiful villa right on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is fully equipped. In addition to the bedroom with double bed is still a comfortable double bed in the living room available. In the house you have your own underground parking space, in addition there is a shared bicycle storage in the house.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage! Top Sauber und recht gemütlich! Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nimmt den scharm der Wohnung! Der Balkon ist eine Terasse zur Straße, die recht viel befahren wurde! Das Bad ist ebenfalls etwas älter und könnte dem neuen Standard angepasst werden! Fahrräder lässt man am besten am Autoträger, im Fahrradkeller ist kein Platz gewesen!

Schöne Wohnung, sollte sauberer sein

Es war schön auf Rügen und Lauterbach ist ein gemütliches ruhiges Fleckchen. Für uns mit Kind war es super, den Bahnhof und den Hafen direkt in der Nähe zu haben. Auch mehrere gute Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Bäcker sind schnell erreichbar. Auch die Wohnung ist an und für sich ganz schön und gut ausgestattet. Internet - Zugang über W-LAN wäre noch optimal gewesen. Ein großes Plus ist die Möglichkeit, Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive nutzen zu können und der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. An der Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bereich der Küche, sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Den Backofen und Wasserkocher haben wir nicht genutzt, das war uns einfach zu schmutzig, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine, die wir zwar weitestgehend gereinigt haben, allerdings lief der Kaffee trotzdem nicht durch, weil der Filtereinsatz verstopft/kaputt ist. Das Geschirr müsste teilweise erneuert werden und bedarf inklusive der Küchenschränke einmal einer gründlichen Reinigung. Auch im Rest der Wohnung gibt es einige Ecken, die sauberer sein könnten. Die Betten allerdings waren sauber und in Ordnung. Wenn das Manko in punkto Sauberkeit noch behoben würde, ist die Fewo uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. So gibts 2 Sterne Abzug.
