Welcome to Villa Carla, a peaceful and spacious holiday villa in southern Greece, where comfort, privacy, and Mediterranean charm come together. Nestled among olive trees in the quiet village of Kamaria, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Ideal for up to 10 guests, Villa Carla is perfect for two families or arger groups. The villa is divided into two fully equipped apartments – the upper floor features a balcony with sea view, while the ground floor opens directly onto the garden and the private pool.

You’ll enjoy an outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings, a large covered terrace with panoramic sea views, and all the comforts of home inside: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen in each unit.

Just a short drive away is the charming seaside town of Finikounda, known for its relaxed atmosphere, sandy beach, seafront tavernas and restaurants, and a delightful shopping street. What an absolute gem of a property. The house, which is set out over 2 floors, is as advertised in the listing. It is spacious, clean and with plenty of kitchenware, condiments, bedding, towels etc. Our family including 2 young kids had a great week staying there.The pool is great, the view overlooking the sea and local islands stunning.Richard and Diana manage the property, and couldn't have been more proactive, friendly and responsive. They coordinated to be there when we arrived quite late in the evening to show us around and made sure we had everything we needed. They were on hand to come and adjust the heating system settings when we had a small issue with the hot water, and to give advice on where to go and do the things we wanted to do.In terms of local area, you can walk to the 2 nice restaurants in Kamaria. Or it's a 3 minute drive down the slightly bumpy track to the main road where you have a good supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. And from there 3 mins further drive to the Finikounda town where you have more options.
