酒店硬件很好, 但內部溝通有待改善

酒店很新, 設備很好, 但內部溝通真的有很大問題, 本人是1個月前在智遊網付全款訂了五個房間, 到入住當天登記時, 酒店前台服務員告知完全没有訂房紀錄, 找了大半天才發現是訂房部收到訂單但没有通知前台, 這是一般酒店不會發生的錯誤; 另外, 第二天是星期天, 一大清早8:00就開始一直鑽牆, 打電話去前台投訴, 也要等上半小時才停工, 如果有裝修工程應該預先通知住客, 而且也不應該在星期天早上進行, 真的難以接受
