Quantico Bungalow Marine Graduations FBI HQ Marines Potomac River Getaway

Welcome to this Bungalow on 4th built in 1925 in historic Q-town, opened in Oct 2021 as a short-term rental home. Walk just 5 min to Amtrak/VRE train to DC, 2 minutes a few houses down to the Potomac River - fishing, picnic, walking trails, etc. can be done here.

Just a street over (2-3 min) walk to Q-town's main street for friendly hometown food. You'll love this friendly old-fashioned town, which is now surrounded by a military installation on 3 sides and the Potomac River on the other side.

Need REAL ID to getor DOD ID to get to the town/property. Visitor pass can be obtained and details or their website sent after booking. Coming by train the house is within walking distance but there are no rental car places within the town and you would need to use the train for transport.

REALID required. for 18+ to ingress through the Marine Corps Base security police to get to the town. (Passport, REALID License, Birth Cert etc.).
Vehicle driver must have a valid driver's license and vehicle must be roadworthy (no expired plates or registration).
Visitor center can issue pass for entire length of stay (M-F 7-3 Sa 8-12). You do go thru military base to get to the town.
