Yetersiz İmkanlar

Temizlik açısından bir problem yoktu.Hijyenikti.Fakat çift kişilik yatak diye verilen odada iki tekli yatağın birleştirilerek hizmete sunulması konfor açısından berbattı.Klimanın diğer modları doğru düzgün çalışmıyordu.Sonuç olarak genel durumdan memnun kalmadım malesef.

Seyahatimiz sırasında tesadüfen konakladık ve beklediğimizin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık! Özellikle resepsiyonda görevli Emine Hanım’a teşekkür etmek isteriz – son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve işinde çok başarılıydı. Karşılaması çok samimi ve içtendi. Odamız genişti, banyo da oldukça ferah – ancak duş kabini yenilenmeli. Yine de genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı ve fiyatı da gayet makuldü. Yolumuz düşerse tekrar gelmek isteriz!

Yataklar hiç güzel değildi. iki tane baza birlestirilmisdi ve surekli oynuyordu inanılmaz rahatsız etti bizi. Onun dışında paketin içinde kahvaltı dahil diyordu ama orada hayır sadece otel dediler ve 200 TL ekstra para aldılar kahvaltı için

Quars Garden Hotel. Otelin her şeyini beğendim. Park yeri var. Oda küçük, temiz, klima ve TV ile donatılmıştır. Otel personeli inanılmaz derecede samimi ve profesyoneldi. Her zaman her türlü sorunuza yardımcı olmaya ve gerekli bilgileri sağlamaya hazırdılar. Otel sessiz ve huzurlu. Oda rezervasyonu Hotels.com uygulaması aracılığıyla yapıldı. Güzel indirimler vardı ve ayrıca kahvaltı da dahildi. Quars Grand Hotel'deki konaklamamız harikaydı. Özellikle samimi atmosferi ve hizmet seviyesini beğendim.
