Overall you feel like you are in a 1950 hotel that wasn't renovated since... but it is very convenient and walkable from all the amazing places of Quebec city... Very old rooms and hotel overall that needs maintenance plus we had a ventilation duct that kept making noise in the room and was on for the whole night... We did not see any of the staff... receptionist was good and friendly...

The room was comfortable and spacious. We have stayed there before. We always eat a meal in the revolving restaurant at the top floor. The Sunday Brunch is excellent and a evening meal in the restaurant is special to see Quebec City with lights.
