Beautiful view. Kids love the pool, overlooks Old Quebec, comfortable beds. Parking was difficult, ended up using Valet bc the lot was otherwise full. This is our second stay and we would love to again.

Have a good vacation ! Good service , very professional , warm welcome by the valet- parking , the reception staff , the girl who took care of our room 1125 and a special recognition for Jesus the Cuban , he was always attentive to us , that we felt and that we spent a nice stay . The buffet of very good quality , varied and with options for everyone . The room very nice and clean , overlooking the parliament of Quebec , comfortable bed . Thanks to the Hilton Quebec team ( this is our second time here ) for contributing to our having a great vacation . Quebec City an inconturnable for your vacation !

Hotel surrounding is nice, lots of dining options. Hotel room is spacious, and bathroom needs an upgrade. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to people traveling to Quebec City.

Staff was friendly and kind. Room needed updates. Furniture was old very worn, AC units old built in wall units and one wall covering it fell off during out stay, lighting very poor in bedroom and limited outlets for charging. This was the least expensive place in the old city for a large room but def needs updates. Restaurant/bars in hotel close at 10 which seemed very early!

I had reserved a room for one night mainly because they have a pool. However, upon check-in they told me that pool will be closed for those 2 days. No compensation was provided for the pool being closed. The rooms were clean and basic.

During our stay the staff were locked out therefore the rooms didn't get cleaned and no room service. We had to go to reception to get towels etc. The staff that did work were very helpful. The fridge in the room didn't work and the sink wouldn't drain. Location was perfect for access to the old city and Plains of Abraham. We should have been offered a discount on the room due to the issues with staff at the hotel.
