Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour deux nuits. En arrivant nous avons remarquĂ© que la climatisation Ă©tait terriblement bruyante. En sortant pour souper j'en ai informĂ© la rĂ©ception. On me dit qu'ils enverront quelqu'un voir. En revenant, je demande et on me rĂ©pond qu'ils ont demandĂ© quelqu’un mais en arrivant dans le chambre la clim Ă©tait trĂšs, trĂšs bruyante encore. MĂȘme avec des bouchons c’était difficile de dormir et si nous l’arrĂȘtions
.trop chaud. Le lendemain je suis retournĂ© et ce n’était pas le mĂȘme employĂ© mais une jeune fille qui a fait le travail et nous a redonne une autre chambre car la clim n’était pas rĂ©parable. Nous avons enfin pu bien dormir. Mais les chambres (420 et 138) ne sont pas bien entretenues. Les meubles sont usĂ©s, les lits craquent, une des toilettes bougeait Ă  faire peur. DĂ©solĂ©e.

Staff very friendly.We were there two nights. We had to go ask for coffee for second morning. No one came in which was fine but leave enough for two days if you aren’t coming in. Other than that it was great

Bad hotel in general. Far from what was showed on picture. Would not recommend even for the a lower price. Only upside to this hotel is the location which is very close to all main attractions in the city.

This hotel was great! The first night we had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool and splash pad. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken in that room, but they quickly gave us a different room. Both rooms were clean and recent looking enough, the second one looked brand new. Only thing of note was the second room didn't have fitted sheets on the mattresses, but a flat sheet instead. Didn't affect our comfort though. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons louer deux chambres car nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants. PremiĂšrement nous avons tous Ă©tĂ© déçu des chambres car elles ne reflĂ©taient en rien les photos mis par l’hĂŽtel sur leur site internet. La salle de bain d’une chambre Ă©tait salle et l’état de la salle de bain de la 2ieme chambre de bain laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer: calfeutrage noir et une rĂ©paration de plafond n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© complĂ©tĂ©e. Les planchers flottants des deux chambres Ă©taient gondolĂ©s et mal installĂ©s. Il y avait des goutes rouges/brune sur la tapisserie d’une des deux chambres. Un des deux lits d’une chambre Ă©tait vraiment dur alors que l’autre Ă©tait correct. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s pendant une canicule. Il n’y a pas d’air climatisĂ© dans l’hĂŽtel, seulement dans une des chambres. ArrivĂ©e dans nos chambres une des deux airs climatisĂ© ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons rapidement eu du service pour la “rĂ©parer”.la dite rĂ©paration Ă  durĂ©e que quelques heures car le lendemain matin, elle ne fonctionnait plus.

Nice hotel. Would def come back!

Had a wonderful stay! Beds were comfy. Room a good size. Quiet after 10:00 pm after screaming kids at the pool finally went to bed.

At first when we got in our room, the a/c wasn’t working
 it was a hot day and inside room temperature was 33 degrees Celsius. We asked the front desk if it was normal and they said no, it was fixed a few days ago. They sent someone to reset the thermostat! It worked fine after that. The only downside is no breakfast is not included with the price of hotel. TG there is a bistro, Subway, Cora and Tim Hortons beside the hotel. The jets in the whirlpool aren’t very strong, but at least there is one and pool and kids pool area are great too.

HĂŽtel trĂšs moyen. Notre chambre avait une vue sur le parking et la chambre Ă©tait vraiment vieille. La climatisation fait un bruit Ă©norme. Les chambres ont vraiment besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©es. La piscine est vraiment petite. Par ailleurs le personnel est trĂšs sympa.
