We absolutely loved this hotel & will be returning in June (if not earlier) for another trip to Quebec. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. My young son absolutely loved having pool access, daily breakfast, and a fireplace to warm himself after a day in the cold. It would have been nice if the hot tub was warmer but that's the only complaint we had.

Rooms are not insulated enough. I can understand that there is echo on the pool side, but on the hallway side, it should be more insulated. We were kept up because of kids running and yelling in the hallway. The buffet was cold and breakfast should have lasted till at least 11 am. I would not go back.

I really enjoyed the balcony with view to the pool The pool and hot tub were very clean. It was very peaceful with the birds and all the plants Breakfast was very good. I would definitely return. The price was a bit too high for Levis. My only concern.
