Front desk staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable, with a bright window that lets fresh air in. Perfect location near the Chateau and main part of town, yet on a quiet street along a park.

Great location

This hotel is in a great location in Vieux Quebec. The hotel is modern with spacious and well appointed rooms. There’s a lovely roof terrace with comfy chairs and great views as well as small spa in the basement for guests use. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

The one negative is the availability of parking. The closest underground parking was 950metres away (Place dYouville). The rooftop terrasse was a nice unique touch overlooking the Chateau Frontenac. Walkable to ALL popular sites. The continental breaks should have been included for the price of the room, which was a little on the high side. In-room amenities should have included water bottles and proper coffee creamers and utensils. Aside from those small inconveniences, the Manoir Vieux Québec was perfect!

Our room was on the first floor so we were concerned it would be loud but we had no issues. However, the room was extremely dusty. Looked clean at surface level but surfaces had a layer of dust. Location was convenient and staff were friendly and helpful.

The only downside to staying at this location was the food options and coffee for breakfast. It was Econolodge quality and we expected much, much better while we were in Quebec City.

Love the hotel! Quaint front. Great location with park right in front of hotel. Can see the st lawrence river from front of park. Very walkable. Clean. Friendly staff. Has a rooftop terrace with plenty of seats. Only downsize is the size of room. Even with murphy bed up, still tight. Would stay again.

Overall great experiecne, friendly and effecient staff. Rooms clean. Great view on the top level and has a hot tub. Parking can be tricky as the near by lot can get full from the public and prevent you from entering.
