Close to areas of interest, clean, spacious and comfortable. The flight of stairs to get into building is not ideal, tough especially after a full day of walking and sightseeing. Lack of AC in bedroom means you have to keep bedroom door open to allow for Living room AC to cool down the bedroom. No curtains in living room means ur up from the sun by 6am daily.

The property was in excellent condition and has so much room for the two of us. It was the perfect location as it was just outside the main district but within walking distance of everything in old Quebec. We would definitely rent from here again.

SP102 - Good need some change.

We rented SP102 and we enjoy our stay except the fact that on the first floor we had to have the bedroom door open to be able to have air conditioning if not to warm. The other thing is 2 big windows with non curtains facing a building with lights all night. So the loft is very bright all night. And the floor were not very clean we had a 11 months baby who likes to crawl.

The Loft was as pictured, well appointed and comfortable We enjoyed the area for tourism. Parking was the only difficulty as the lot where the owner can reserve spaces was closed for the weekend.
