We were kind of forced to leave previous accommodations at Hotel Valcartier as they tried to charge us triple the normal fee. We drove through the blizzard just to end up at the doorstep of Travelodge. As we arrived to this hotel much before check-in time I thought I will just sit in a lobby and read. To our surprise the receptionist/young lady was so very kind that she allowed us to go to our room at the time that we arrived which we appreciated very, very much.
