On the ground floor: entrance, bathroom (shower) with WC, 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 dormitory bedroom made in a vaulted cellar (4 single bunk beds 90 x 200 cm), bathroom (shower) with WC. On the 1st floor: separate WC, kitchen and dining room, large living room (no television), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a wooden baby bed), with shower and hand basin, opening onto a small balcony. Large terrace and small garden. Parking spaces 50m from the chalet, possibility of unloading belongings on site. Recent chalet next to the owners' house, in a peaceful hamlet, on the heights of Queige. Elegant and refined decoration, in a contemporary spirit. Living room bathed in light with numerous bay windows and lots of sunshine. A true natural panorama with an exceptional view of the Beaufortain valley. Pleasant and exposed exteriors. Nestled in the heart of a natural environment, this stylish chalet is just 8 km from Albertville, with its charming medieval district of Conflans. Ski enthusiasts will be delighted with the family resort of Arêches, just 20 km away, as well as the ski areas of Hauteluce, Les Saisies and Espace Diamant 21 km away. The Nordic site of Les Saisies, made famous by the 1992 Olympic Games, or that of the Marcot base will delight cross-country skiing enthusiasts. The region is also a paradise for hikers, with trails leading to high-altitude lakes, through mountain pastures and hamlets typical of the Beaufortain massif. A multitude of sporting, fun and even aerial activities are offered between Arêches, Beaufort and Les Saisies, offering a range of options for outdoor enthusiasts.
