El hotel está súper bien. Está a dos cuadras del centro. Todo el staff super amable. Lo uuunico es que los colchones y las almohadas están duros. Fuera de eso, toda la experiencia muy buena!

The hotel is very conveniently located and the room was fine although a little bit noisy. Importantly, the bed was disastrous. Very slippery so it was impossible to keep the bedsheets in place. Limited parking. Breakfast cooker had no idea how to serve over easy eggs. I definitively will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it

La propiedad esta en una ubicación adecuada para llegar en carro, y a una distancia relativamente cerca del centro 15min caminando. El personal es amable sin embargo no tiene un servicio al cliente, al check in te piden tus datos y los datos de tu vehículo, mi vehículo estuvo con la alarma sonando y no me contactaron, por que no sabian de quien era el vehículo. La regadera esta tapada solo salen tres hilitos de agua para diferentes lados, y el agua caliente nos dijeron que porfavor dejaramos correr 10min el agua y ya salia, cero respeto por el medio ambiente y por el cuidado del agua. Por la madrugada tuvimos que contactar a recepción ya que unos huéspedes tenian fiesta en su cuarto, de shots y fondos de botella. Parecia que habiamos llegado a dormir a un bar. Levantamos reporte 3veces y la cosa continuo. Cabe mencionar que dejaba pasar 15a20min entre reporte, la última ve, que contacto con recepción no me contestaron dos intentos y nada. Tuve que ir directo a recepción a las 3am y el chico me entonces marco para pedir que le bajaran que la señorita de otro cuarto estaba ya quejandose. Fatal, me dijeron que no podian hacer nada y que el hotel estaba lleno entonces que tampoco me podian reubicar como lo solicitaba. Fatal la falta de hospitalidad pro parte del hotel, una cosa es un personal amable y otra es que no sepan dar una atención al cliente.
