Clean, quiet, up to date hotel. Bed was really comfortable. Enjoyed being able to walk thru to Denny's for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is fine, although kind of a noisy AC, However, their business practices are questionable. I was charged $200 for a security deposit. That's more than my room costs. And it was an actual charge, not just a hold like at another hotel. I suspect they're playing the float, using your money like the bank does with your accounts. Also, you're given a choice in paying your deposit with USD or CAD. In hindsight, I should have chosen CAD. By choosing USD, you give Sandman the rights to set the conversion rate and to charge service fees. By choosing CAD, my credit card company would have handled it. And although I was given a WiFi password, I never got to use it. You have to enter your name, provide an email and consent to getting their marketing So a nice room but annoying business practices where they squeeze you for extra profit. I'm sure it's legal, you can always go to another hotel or not use the WiFi, but after a long day of driving, who wants to deal with that. Never again.

Requested room be cleaned following day upon check in and it was not done. Called the front desk for clean towels nothing after two hours had to call again many rooms did not even have garbage emptied and had to leave in hallway to get it done I understand most hotels do not do a full cleaning however garbage and clean towels is the bare minimum that wasn’t even done Pool towels not refilled when empty Complimentary coffee and tea was empty both mornings and both times the front desk was not that busy and notified that it was empty

Very comfy beds

Stayed in room on the ground floor facing the highway and it was actually quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The decor was modern and of great functional desgn. The room and bathroom were clean, howver the TV screen could have used a wipe down. Went to Denny's fir supper snd that was good as well.
