Amazing staff

We booked the suite and were contacted by the hotel shortly after I made the online reservation to let us know there was no longer a jetted tub in the suite. This was fine as that was not the reason for booking the suite, but I appreciated the call. We were travelling from Alberta for a funeral and meeting up with other family members also travelling from out of town and staying at the hotel. The suite is perfect for this as it has an amazing sitting area and allowed a central place for us the gather, visit and unwind. Each staff from the hotel that we came into contact with from the front desk, housekeeping to the restaurant and pub were amazing! The entire team was friendly and accommodating with every interaction. Thank you to everyone!

We always enjoy our stay at the Tower Inn but it was a bit strange this time to be put in the special needs room. We definitely didn’t need or ask for the accommodation.

Excellent location near the main street and within walking distance to the hospital, for shops, services & eateries. 3 floors of rooms with VIP room (222) tucked right beside/behind the elevator. Crips white linens, AC and heat in the rooms. Shower had partial glass partition for easy entry. Travel-size toiletries included. Hairdryer mounted on the bathroom wall had a green "night light" but wasn't quiet (as labelled). Mini fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses and 1-cup coffee brewer included in the room. Shared microwaves in the rest area near the elevator door.
