Michel is a very kind host and everything is exactly as described. The house has all that is needed for up to 4 adults. The bedroom upstairs does not have much space to move around and might be challenging fir tall people. The view to the river across the garden is lovely and the main tourist attractions are easily reachable by car.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne. Quimper ist ein bezaubernder Ort und die perfekte Ausgangslage für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir haben die 2,5 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus von Michel ist liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet. Der große Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Odet. Für 4 Personen sind die 2 Bäder mit jeweils getrennten Toiletten sehr komfortabel. Dazu ist Michel ein zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmals gür die problemlose und herzliche Kommunikation.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans la maison.Tout est comme annoncé, il ne manque rien. La maison est belle et agréable, le jardin et la vue sur la rivière reposants.Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse tous les jours (puisque le soleil a brillé en continu...).L'emplacement de la maison est idéal aussi pour visiter la région. Brest, Pont Aven, Crozon, Douarnenez, Benodet, Pointe du Raz, etc... Une belle découverte !Nous remercions Michel pour son accueil et pour les pommes et tomates cerises du jardin !

Quimper Juni 2025

Quimper ist eine schöne Stadt, Ferienwohnung gut mit Bus zu erreichen. Kleiner Einkaufsladen um die Ecke, kleine Bar ebenfalls. Zur Odet runter und in die Stadt ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, hat alles, was man benötigt. Nachmittags Schatten auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig.

Das perfekt eingerichtete Haus

Es begann mit der Tatsache, dass unser Hybrid Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken konnte. Ladesäulen gab es in der Umgebung nicht aber unser Kabel war lang genug um den Strom aus dem Wohnbereich zu nutzen. Wir fanden in den diversen Schränken wirklich alles was man selbst bei sich zuhause hat. Eine so perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hatten wir bisher noch nie! Durch die Lage am Rand von Quimper war es absolut ruhig und lediglich 100 Meter bis zum Weg entlang des Flusses Oder. nach ca. 30 Minuten war man in der Innenstadt. Wir könnten nicht sagen, was verbesserungswürdig wäre. Selbst das W-Lan funktionierte perfekt.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt :-)

Das rundsanierte Haus ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand und kann auf 3 Etagen genutzt werden. Der Hauptzugang führt in das Mittelgeschoss, hier sind die Küche sowie der Ess- und Wohnbereich untergebracht. Zudem kann man vom Wohnbereich auf die superschöne Terrasse herausgehen. Über eine offene Holztreppe kann man die anderen Stockwerke erreichen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es ein Bad (mit begehbarer Dusche), eine Toilette sowie ein Schlafzimmer. Hier kann man auch in den Garten herausgehen. Im Obergeschoss ist ein weiteres Bad (mit Badewanne), eine weitere Toilette, das zweite Schlafzimmer sowie eine Schreibtisch-Ecke untergebracht. Hier muss man etwas auf seinen Kopf aufpassen, die Räume oben haben niedrige Holzbalken und Schrägen. Jede Ecke und Nische ist genutzt, das hat uns gefallen. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie der Küche ist sehr gut. Es gibt unter dem Kühlschrank auch ein separates Gefrierabteil mit 3 großen Fächern. WLAN war schnell und stabil. Am Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz (für Fahrzeuge mit normaler Länge). Ein sehr guter Bäcker sowie ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar (250m). Der Zugang wurde bei uns über eine Schlüsselbox sichergestellt, das macht den Gast flexibler bei der Ankunftszeit. Leider haben wir Michel, den Vermieter, nicht persönlich kennenlernen können. Unsere Fragen im Chat wurden schnell auch in Englisch beantwortet. Sollten wir wieder nach Quimper kommen werden wir schauen ob das Haus von Michel frei ist.

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Charmant séjour

C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons cette maison, c'est la preuve que nous avions grandement apprécié cette maison où rien ne manque. C'est une maison très moderne et très agréable à vivre. C'est avec plaisir que nous avons fait connaissance avec les propriétaires qui sont vraiment très sympathiques. De plus, en bas de la rue il y a une boulangerie qui fait des croissants extraordinaires comme nous en avons rarement mangé. Pour résumer, ce fut un charmant séjour .

Une bonne adresse

Maison entièrement refaite à neuf, très bien équipée, au calme, avec une bien jolie vue sur l'Odet. Bonne literie (ça compte pour beaucoup !) Centre-ville à 20/30 mn à pied selon qu'on marche vite ou qu'on traîne un peu... Boulangerie et supérette à 5 mn à pied. Hypermarché Carrefour à 5 mn en voiture. Une location vraiment très agréable que je recommande chaudement !

Hervorragendes Objekt

Sehr zu empfehlen. Hervorragend ausgestattet, hohe Qualität. Viel Platz. Liebevoll und umfangreich eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die westliche Bretagne. Viele Restaurants in der Stadt, allerdings mit kleinem Fußweg. Gute Bäckerei in der Nähe. Die Destillerie im Nachbarort lässt sich gut mit dem Bus erreichen.
