Beautiful area. Neat historic property. Called ahead to specifically request rooms adjacent or nearby...since we knew lack of phone service/internet wouldn't allow us to communicate with others in our party. Instead, we were given rooms nearly on opposite ends of the property. After lodging complaint, we were moved to adjacent rooms. Thank you.

We Froze! No adequate heat source.

Basically no heat in our room from an old radiator heat source. Got down to 62 degrees. We froze. No phone in room to call desk.

This is a great place for outdoor activities and being in nature. With that being said, there’s not much food around to be have in an 40 min drive radius. There is a restaurant with in the hotel but it wasn’t that great. There is an older staff member with all grey hair that was completely rude so please beware of her.
